Been drinking instant coffee for a year now. Got my caffeine kick, less acidity, save oodles of time and I can kick the habit in a week.

I put a TBLS in a tall glass of chocolate milk... yum! Also, I like using it as ice cream sprinkles (put on chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup to get a Mississippi mud... very yum!) Sprinkle it on cheese cake. A whole new world opens when you start thinking of it as added flavoring.
I like tasters choice French roast instant.
I put 1 1\2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a glass measuring cup.
Microwave it for 2 minutes
Then add 2 teaspoons of tasters choice French roast
The the coffee syrup of my choice and stir.
Costs less than $1.00
Starbucks Latte costs $8.00.
And you can make iced coffee anytime with instant coffee. I like to add a tablespoon of hot water to the instant coffee, add my sugar in the hot liquid so it dissolves, I froth it with a mixer, and then I fill my glass with almond milk and ice.

What does there have to do with Acidity?
I add a healthy tea bag like gree tea, Lemom balm, spearmint etc to 1/2 spoon of instant...and Stevia of nstead of sugar.
Could you explain to differences between Greek coffee and the common ground coffee?
I started drinking ground coffee some time in around 1994, but I discovered instant coffee during a coffee break with some coworkers in 2007, and that is the only coffee that I have been drinking since then, unless I am offered a cup of ground coffee by other people.
There are different grades of instant coffee
I've been drinking nothing but instant coffee for over 10 years. Everyone I know that hated it didn't know how to make it right. Once I made them a cup they liked it. Just gotta experiment around to find your preferred taste and strength
Very fair evaluation I drink a dood quality decaffeinated with butter powder keeps me 98% Carnivore.
I also haf strong Indian Mumbai accent and use voice script to read videos.
