Shout out to Rynn's Might, a Crimson Fist Land Raider that escaped the destruction of the fortress monastery and became sentient enough to seek VENGEANCE. It literally killed orcs until it and out of ammo. Then, when it couldn't drive anymore, it let the orcs in, sealed its doors shut, and exploded just to kill just a few more on its way out. Gone but never forgotten. o7

It actually sealed its doors (cutting a few greenskins in half in the process), overcharged its reactor, and flooded its cockpit with plasma and poison gas. Less an explosion and more a burning choking fireball. Still, respect.

I unironically would like a deep dive video depicting Terra and how its civilization functions or lack thereof, and all the threats figuratively at the front door of the imperium, if not the living room. Update: oh my sweet lord how have you guys not done a Goge episode yet? Im kinda surprised, but at least its still on the table
Oddly wholesome - You guys helped me realize something about myself / how/why I’m viewed/treated in a certain way.( Suffering from a brittle bone disease.) My message is broken up though, my bad. I thought I was tough for going from Brussels to Ghent on a broken back, and hip, arriving at my hostel for them to tell me they had no elevator, my room was on the 4th floor. I couldn’t put weight on my right leg. Laying down I literally couldn’t lift it no matter how hard I tried. But when I went to the bar at the hostel, I’d smile and laugh with people. I ended up going to the ER, because someone I shared a room with was kind, and noticed it took me over 20 minutes to get from my room to the bathroom, and she called. ( When walking from the train station to my hostel, I felt a pop. Luckily a restaurant was near by, so I went to sit down, to try to meet strangers to help me get my bags to my hostel in Brussels. I rested for a day, then went to Ghent, as I already had reservations for another hostel.) Hearing you guys talk about Cortez, and how much you like him - Finally helped me realize why people seem to like me. Not that I’m anywhere near as tough, badass / impressive, but I sortve get the idea now. I just got out of the hospital a few days ago, and I’ve felt like a fucking idiot/failure for not immediately going to the ER when my plane landed and I could barely walk, let alone when I felt the pops in my hip going to my first hostel. ( Also to be clear, absolutely anyone could do what I did, if they were put in the same circumstances I’m sure.)

What's especially noteworthy about the opening moments of the invasion of Rynn's World, is how much Snagrod caught them on the back foot. The Crimson Fists and the rest of the planetary defense forces (the Rynnsgaurd) were expecting the Ork fleet to arrive in two weeks, since you can't really drop a fleet out of the Warp right near a planet you need to pop out at a distance and fly in via conventional engines since the gravity will mess up your exit and risk tearing your ship apart. However, these are Orks we're talking about, so these madlads arrived in THREE DAYS because Orks don't care about risk-aversion, and there were so damn many of them it didn't matter that like 1/3 of their ships got torn to bits upon exiting the Warp and the Imperial defenses weren't fully ready yet. Orks don't give a damn.
The horror in Koda’s face when he learns about storm bolters is perfect but I would give anything to see his reaction when he learns that Sebastian Yarrick one-hands a storm bolter with his normal human arm.
I have a company strength section of Crimson Fists and I loved their old rules. Stubborn, intractable and with a penchant for having powerfists wherever possible. In addition, their Sternguard Veterans could score objectives like they were Troops and Kraken Bolts made for enjoying "Bolt Rifles" before Primaris Marines were ever a thought. Good times.
Deathwatch and keep it up guys. For Koda: I'm finally almost done with my insanity III achievement for ME legendary edition and with that the platinum achievement for the it and it makes me so happy to finally be here
Love this chapter and the format . My two favourite chapters are the flesh tearers and the crimson fists for similar reasons they are survivors and are both having to learn and grow one due to reputation and finding a way to overcome I would say generational trauma and the other just terrible circumstances. Both Pedro and Seth have great character development and are amazing leaders for different reasons .
By you, my primarchs, I stand vigil. Watching each episode as i work away with each passing day. My hopes for the 12-hour heresy video remain strong, such is my faith. On a side note, gimme the Deathwatch!!!
