Great that you decided to visit Laos. You're right, so many people skip it and they're really missing out. I spent a couple weeks in Luang Prabang back in March and really enjoyed it. The waterfalls reminded me of Plitvice in Croatia as well, just on a smaller scale. Very much enjoying your Southeast Asia travels!
I hope people continue to skip Laos 😉I have been to over 30 countries so far and Laos is my all time favorite. Love your videos and relate to your life philosophy. We are getting ready to embark on a life of full time travel soon. 🙏

Good morning Mr and Mrs GOAT Retirement Travelers! 😅 Love that you have so many lovely experiences! We had never thought about Lao but boy this looks like one of those sweet, off the beaten path spots we’d really enjoy. Thanks for another great video.
Thanks. 🤣 That hotel on top of the hill in Pakbeng was incredible. It would have cost $600 a night in US.... It was $77 and had incredible food, great views and an infinity pool. Kinda hard to believe. Laos is definitely off the beaten path, but that's part of the adventure. Thanks for following along and the kind words. John and Bev retirementtravelers.com/
