Laos might be poor in man made material but we are not poor in hospitality. Laos people are the most honest people in the world. We believe in all good things then fake it. Thank you guys for visiting Laos and showing the world why Laos still struggles to move forward. You know the truth now. I enjoy watching your videos.
Thanks! What a great informative video. The trip to the unexploded bomb museum was very frightening and sad. War is a horrible thing and sometimes makes me ashamed of my country for doing such things. But you cheered me up with the waterfall excursion. I so love your videos.
I absolutely love Luang Prabang! I first visited in 1997 and many times since. It never really changes much, but I love it so much. The baguettes and pastries are delicious. Kuamg Si waterfall is always a highlight! I love watching you guys travel, especially in Southeast Asia.
Hi Flora & Note, another great presentation and great video. I have learned and gained so much knowledge and information by tagging along your journey. Now, l know why Laos is such an undeveloped country. That temple and waterfall are magnificent. Thanks a bunch for sharing and keep up the good work and energy.
I really enjoyed!! I also did not know that Laos was so affected by the war. So very sad. I do see the vast difference from Thailand. The waterfall was Beautiful!! Sa bi dee ka 😊 Thank you 🙏
Beautiful episode. I seriously see even bigger things in your futures. You're so talented and have such engaging and beautiful videos. I have been watching from almost the beginning and it's so obvious that you're meant to do this. Sharing the world with us. I plan on starting to travel truly but there are people that don't get the opportunity to, ever. You bring the world to everyone! Congratulations on 150k and cheers to the journey!
We’ve never been to Luang Prabang and cannot wait to head over there one of these days! Your drone shots in the main city and waterfalls are breathtakingly beautiful ❤ Thanks for posting this awesome video guys😊
Already knew before, Laos was an underrated tourist destination, a little under the radar, I have seen some other vloggers visiting this place. The part about bombs that are still over out there, really does make a huge difference in the development of the country. On a positive note, good to see more tourists coming to Laos, which does help a lot since the COVID days, And for Note's case, Laos is next to Thailand so your Thai language skills really makes everything so much easier. Again, awesome vlog. Take care out there.
My favorite channel when it comes to thailand/laos. I was born in Nahkon Phanom Thailand, but moved to the United States when I was still a baby. I've only visited my hometown once, and it makes it feel like I'm home again when I watch your videos. Thank you.
I have seen lots of pics on Internet, I'm not interest in this waterfall at all before, but I found its beautiful through u footage, I must say u did a good job in film.
One of the best videos in a very long time. 👍 Edit- not from you guys, specifically! You know I love all your content!!! But in the larger world… this was really exceptional. 💕
Another obstacle to development was because they are landlocked and have no seaports or transportation to trade with other countries. The newly built railway helps tourists bring in revenues and lets them sell products to China and import needed things from China as well for cheap.
The building of railway & highways really help alot. Not only in terms of economy, but safety too. Many mines were clear along the railway & highways to be built in much faster speed than ever, and lands nearby are recovered for better use.
Firstly, congratulations on the 151k! And the waterfall is magnificent. Sad to see the history of this country. I saw the same in Cambodia and Vietnam. Feel so sorry for the people. Glad that Flora is doing better. Looking forward to seeing more.
Hi. Welcome back to SEA, you are my favourite vloggers. I liked very much LP and this waterfall. The temples, the view of the Mekong. I would go back. And you are right Flo, humans never learn and there are still so many civilians killed in stupid wars today. I had some drinks with other tourists one night and guess where we went at closing... Bowling! 😅😅
I am do miss my home town here.! I left when I was 10 years old per my parents. I will be visiting my hometown soon in 30 years! ❤! Thank you for sharing all your vlogs adventures..! I am a fans who love watching all your videos experiences..!❤🇱🇦!
I'm glad that Flora is doing better with her breathing. Also I enjoyed the China series that you both made Flora and Note. I'm always going to be here to support you both Flora and Note.
I love seeing you guys organically, travel and casually. Enjoying your day here. Also yes, Laos is considered the most heavily bombed country per capita in history.
What a great informative video. The trip to the unexploded bomb museum was very frightening and sad. War is a horrible thing and sometimes makes me ashamed of my country for doing such things. But you cheered me up with the waterfall excursion. I so love your videos.
Lived in LPB while backpacking for 10 months in 2024. Loved every single day there. I'm purely watching this for nostalgic value and you guys did a good job with it. Also note, bike thefts weren't a thing last year, as far as I remember.
I can’t wait to see more videos of you both in Laos! Hope you get to see the diverse ethnic groups, clothes, foods, & so many more! Thank you for sharing my country 🇱🇦👏🏼
So glad hearing you said missing malaysian breakfast . That's my daily breakfast too .😄Come back here anytime when you are free ya.and this video is so informative . Congrats on the 151k !💪💪🙌🙌🙌
Hello Flora and Note. It is heart warming to see how both of you interact with each other, with gentleness, full of love, respect for each other. The photography skill and aerial view is fantastic. Just discovered your channel recently. I plan to watch all your videos slowly. See you someday in Singapore.
Thanks for your video. Planning to go Laos in Nov. Your helping my itinerary now. Im starting from Chaing Rai, over the border then slow boat down to Luang Prabang.
you both make this cruel world a better place your passion and loving souls brighten my life thank you for making me laugh and smile with every vlog , im so glad flora is feeling a little better and note seeing you in the water enjoying life was awesome look forward to many more years watching your love for our planet love you both very much , your make me fall in love with humanity with every upload thank you
Happy to hear that you’re feeling better Flora.. the morning markets are the busiest right at the opening and the same for the night BBQ markets..sad fact that the USA Decided that it was cheaper to drop the bombs versus taking them back home and the worst part with that are so many innocent people die and get maimed each year .. lots of work to be done Yet to clear them by hand who are mostly women.. Kuangsi waterfall is so peaceful but some of the tourists bathe with shampoos in the pools .. so sad 🥺 .. I climbed the waterfall and man was it slippery 😳😂.. if you are heading down south go to the 4000 islands down in Pakse.. beautiful sunrises over the water with the mountains in the background 🙏 Another great Vlog you two .. stay safe & well 🙏🙏
@@FloraandNote It's fantastic. We're giving the whole thing new turns. But I can see you're also having interesting times ahead of you. All the best for the 2 of you. 🤗
Another few beautiful days tagging along with my friends Flora and Note. Wonderful as always and yes congratulations on a well deserved 150,000 Subscribers!
Wow Note can speak Lao too? Cool! Luang Prabang is so beautiful. I love it there! My best time when I visited was waking up super early in the morning to see the monks parade down the street receiving alms from the public. It was a beautiful scene
Yes, war is sad for so many civilians and in Europe they still find unexploded ordinance from WWI and WWII in both the cities and countryside, there was even a British TV series called UXB..great waterfall ! 🙏🏻
Thank you Flora and Note for exploring a very hard and tragic truth. I do know about Laos, I do know about agent orange, I learned something I never should have known at 17. I’ve shared I worked as a volunteer at the VA hospital, and the spinal ward where bombs have devastating men. At 69, I wonder at the arrogance of man that they think they have a right to take anyones life🙏🏻🤔and if I’ll still be alive to see mankind LAY DOWN THEIR SWORDS🙏🏻🤷♀️🤦♀️. The finish of those spectacular waterfalls is healing and a balm for a soul, thank you as I know it’s a tough topic, and you accomplished it well🙏🏻❤️😎dang autocorrect I WROTE devastated!!! 🤦♀️
I am watch this video again. You both look much relaxing in this video . I always think Laos is a miserable place and never think of visiting there. Thanks for your video sharing what I don't know. Besides that the water fall is so unique and beautiful ❤️
Didn't know you would include the UXO 'museum'. So many in the world don't know how devastating the saturation bombing campaigns were to Laos. The usa pilots dumped their loads on Laos after bombing Vietnam. Cluster bombs are now banned as a tool of war but the usa still has not signed on to that provision. It is relatively dangerous walking around in Laos even in places like Nam Kiow on the Ou river, and the Plaine of Jars. It is why war and the making and dropping of bombs must be abolished on our precious planet. Thanx for including this, difficult as it is to absorb such knowledge and its lasting effects on the kind people of Laos.
I remember my first time being in Vientiane it was so hot and humid it literally feel like i couldnt even breath just knowing how thick the air and humidity is 🤣😭
It's dreadful beyond words. To this day people are dying, torn into pieces working in the fields...... and don't get me started what we are witnessing now. The same in Cambodia and Vietnam, of course. EU citizen here...
Lovely video! When I can't travel, I experience the world through your videos, and I've been doing so for a few years now. They never disappoint. However, I felt compelled to comment on this particular video. I am deeply saddened and angered by the horrors inflicted by the USA on people around the world. It's truly devastating!
great video - Thank you! The segment about UXO disposal center is very poignant and sad story - I hope they can sweep away those mines and let people develop properly. I read few history books and saw few documentaries on the impact of these. War's impact is felt for generations not just # years - I wish and hope they stop
看起来 老挝是一个国家很适合去休闲的地方❤❤❤
