  • Start standing with the bar in the hang position at mid-thigh, hands outside the shoulders, and core locked. Bend the knees and hinge backward until the chest is over the bar. Keep the arms straight as the ankles, knees, and hips extend with force. Shrug the shoulders and pull the bar vertically and close to the body. Actively pull the body under the bar, catching with elbows forward, legs bent, and heels loud. Reset the feet after every rep.
