    Teaching the KB snatch takes progressions through different exercises before that. Single arm deadlift, single arm swing, clean, high pull and then snatch. It is a great move that train power (or power endurance) from the ground up overhead. We want to make sure that the snatch is coached right and that the client is capable of performing the movement (can they safely and effectively get overhead).
