    You know what I just noticed? The clip where you see the Whisper saves Zack just after that happens. There are 5 whispers that fly off towards where the party are fighting in the singularity in Remake. Aerith, Tifa, Nanaki, Barret and Cloud. Hmm.

    6:27 Yes, that stamp is the proof that the devs want us to understand at that point that alternate realities doesnt make sense really. What remains though are the emotions as sephiroth say and quote: "A confluence of worlds, and emotions". Emotions dosnt work in the same way as reason so trying to reason on the multi-worlds is pointless. It is an emotional journey, not a logical one in other words.

    The lifestream being the lifeblood of the planet makes it a critical element of the multiple worlds on ff7. In the alternate realities shown to us throughout the game, where there is a rift in the sky, mako or as explained by bugenhagen, the lifestream has been depleated and so the planet/timeline is dieing. If you want to understand how the worlds connect together through the lifestram you have to understand the power of the white materia as opposed to the essence of jenova creating impurities in it so when aerith do her prayer sh

    I mentioned this on another video, but...
    I feel like these new timelines are implied to be fractures of one original timeline, like pieces breaking off of Gaia's crystal, so to speak. We see clearly how unstable they are. This is different from other multiverses in fiction where timelines multiply in contrast.
    This is important distinction, because it tells us that Gaia timelines are increasingly unstable.
    Sephiroth has created a "Reunion" that is both dangerous and necessary.

      They are both pushed into the Terrior timeline. Just because Biggs died in 1 of the timelines splits doesn't mean he died in all three of the splits. In fact Zack more than likely survived them all, and the one at Shinra HQ is looking for a cure to save Cloud, so Cloud can save Aerith when she wakes up in Terrior timeline (as stated by Marlene). There is still A LOT of things unresolved in this game.

    Advent children is not a sequel but the conclusion to part 3. Before the end of part 3 we get another timeline split that leads into advent children which I think is the wolf or fenrir timeline . Why else would sephiroth and jenova exist in that movie if they got killed at end of ff7? We’ve killed sephiroth many times and jenova many times yet they survive after meteor and holy ? Part 3 has to have an origin for geostigma making cloud and everyone sick. Or it could be degradation of his cells and they just come up with that name geostigma. Cloud will have gained the same ability that sephiroth and aerith have where he can slip between worlds. You see this in advent children when he uses his finisher omnislash. Speculation of course but sephiroths reunion was thwarted in part 3 so in advent children his final battle is the reunion .

    Sector these worlds are real. Ill give a couple of examples.
    Cloud seemed to have dreamed up the world where aerith said her goodbye. Yet in the forest he hands her the holy materia and cloud has the clear materia at the end of the game despite the fact that it shouldnt be reality.
    Seems real to me. The second one is the edge of creation battle. Cloud is physically gone after the battle with jenova. The party cant find him and are wondering, "where did he go?" Then he fights alongside zack vs sephiroth.
    Cloud doesn't show up where the party is until aerith sends him back. She says "cmon everyone is waiting" they hold hands and hes transported back.
    These worlds are in the planet imo. Its not just lifestream like others suggest because there are contradictions to it all being spiritual.

    I think Cloud is dying. The edge of creation in remake is the first time hes seeing the truth... The last seven seconds until he crosses into the Promised Land. Jenova is going hard at Cloud breaking him down to wear his spirit like a shroud to pass jnto the lifestream. Plot twist though... I think Sephiroth with no wing in remake is The Hero Sephiroth, the one that Cloud immolates at times when fighting. Sephiroth asking Cloud for help was him adking for help to finally destroy Jenova, the person who also controls him. Sephiroth by the end will help Cloud rid the Jenova Cells and eventually it will be a real Reunion... Where everyone is happy at The Promised Land

  • @93BossRoss
    @93BossRoss 5 месяцев назад

    So, if you see when you are going towards the temple of the ancients, there is a small rift in the sky. Not as big as the others, but I think thats because this world too isn't the main world of FF7, that is still the OG and I think that was their way of showing this world shouldnt exist either. And when we see the rift in the end of the game, that is cloud peering into a different world, where Aerith survived, but that world is doomed to die REALLY soon, because Aerith is one of those absolute points, she needed to die to summon holy, so I think one of the things the part 3 will focus on is that Aerith's death is what saves the world(s) and kinda needed. I thing our characters are going to interact with lifestream, OG aerith at some point, and that Aerith maybe has the memories of all versions of her, so they get closure but in the end, she still isn't around. Doesn't matter if her consciousness lives on because she's still gone from their reality.

  • @TeAXIIIT13
    @TeAXIIIT13 5 месяцев назад

    The “worlds” are all within the lifestream, just like the “worlds” cloud and tifa visit during the lifestream sequence in the original, the crack in the sky is also there in the OG

    • @zekiel2533
      @zekiel2533 5 месяцев назад

      The crack is in the lifestream in the OG. Yet cloud sees the crack at the end of rebirth outside of the lifestream. So that doesn't explain anything .
      There are also events and moments that goes against all of this happening in the lifestream. Cloud fighting with Zack. Cloud having the the clear materia after giving the holy materia to aerith, all appear physically not in the lifestream.
      One scene from the Og isn't enough to give that conclusion that it's all in the lifestream because fate and destiny wasn't a theme in the original ff7. Cloud had memories of the past during the lifestream sequence with tifa not worlds being shown to him by sephiroth and aerith
      No offense but I think you lifestream only theorist are in for a rude awakening when part 3 comes out. It really will go against your expectations based on what's been happening because there's too many holes in that theory.

    • @TeAXIIIT13
      @TeAXIIIT13 5 месяцев назад

      @@zekiel2533 cloud seeing the crack in the “real world” is because he is now more closely connected to the planet, the same way aerith was.
      The edge of creation (the place zack shows up to help fight sephiroth) is the same place cloud fought sephiroth at the end of OG (in his mind) and zack appeared to offer cloud help in the same way in advent children.
      Cloud getting the holy materia to give to aerith is simple, the game (including OG) makes a big point of showing and telling the player where materia comes from (the lifestream) so him having it after aerith gave it him in the lifestream makes sense.
      I firmly believe the “clear” materia is actually the black materia at this point (cloud puts it in his pocket and the immediately takes out the black materia)
      The lifestream sequence shows us memories yes, but the way they are presented is very similar to the way these “worlds” are presented
      I think people that think the story has/will drastically change are the ones going to be disappointed, the devs keep reiterating that they are following the original and so far 2 out of 3 games have done that, you need to look at the Remake trilogy in the same way that the LOTR films are to the books (same story just different execution)

    • @Sector6UK
      @Sector6UK  5 месяцев назад

      Just because the worlds exist within the lifestream that doesn't mean they aren't real. We see people, consciousnesses and objects all move from one world to another, even to the "real" world of Remake (Beagle World)
      These views can definitely be viewed as real, especially when we take the devs comments on Yogocara which suggests that perception is everything and everything is perception.
      Clouds perception has shifted drastically at the end of Rebirth, due to him having traversed the worlds.
      And things are already massively different to the OG, yeah the same rough plot beats are being hit, but all of the changes and differences add up to it already not being the same game.

    • @TeAXIIIT13
      @TeAXIIIT13 5 месяцев назад

      @@Sector6UK it is the same story, the same way the LOTR films are the same story as the books, yes there are differences (some bigger than others) but they are still the same story, with the same destination, thinking otherwise at this point is only going to lead to massive disappointment

    I'm not gonna throw shade on anyone who enjoyed the game or are enjoying the shakeups, but to me, this is getting to be Kingdom Hearts levels of convolution. I think many of us just wanted a ground-up redo of FF7 with modern graphics, updated combat, and a good bit of expansive content. But this... c'mon. I think there's a boiling-over of metaphors and allegories to deep psychology and theoretical/metaphysical physics.
    I've become apathetic to a story that's going to be told across a decade, while all this timeline twisting/deterioration has put the plot in a blender on puree. Again, just IMO, but SE pushed me away as a fan of their retelling. I'm most likely gonna be labeled as shallow-minded or having a short attention span, but to that, I wouldn't be eloqueting this comment to begin with.

      I'm not saying your argument isn't valid, but to be fair the original FFVII was pretty darn convoluted too. Arguably it's the most convoluted game in the series after VIII, which also involved time travel and Destiny as a central theme. (Alternate timelines also turned up in FFXIII-2, a game whose story I still don't understand to this day.) I wonder how many people who played Final Fantasy VII in 1997 thought that it was "too complicated" and preferred the more straightforward storytelling of I-VI?
