Great review. 1. I agree the regular GT looks better than the Dark Horse even though I like some elements of the latter. The black plastic under the headlights looks absolutely awful to me on the DH and almost ruins the look. 2. I disagree there are no downsides to the screens. I like most of the tech, but moving temperature controls to the screen is a a feature that nobody asked for.
Great review bro! I love your take on this cars tech. I just bought a 24 performance pack as an upgrade to my 2019 gt pp1. Lamenting the progress this car made is like complaining about not having to use a rotary phone!
Great review! Loved the rant about the screens, so tired of hearing people clown on them when they're not a big deal. The tech is the defining feature of the S650 generation, an advancement in technology is really the only thing the S550s needed and this definitely delivered. If you don't like it, the S550 is literally just the S650 without the tech and with a slightly different stance, about $10k cheaper too so hold your opinion and save your money 🤣 Looking forward to getting one of these this year and flashing the remote rev feature to my friends!
The Mustang GT is the only way to go! Even when Camaro or Land Yacht of the Challenger. The room is greater than the Camaro, and the Driving Characteristic is Better than the Challenger, due to the MagneRide Suspension.. Currently, I am Driving a 2022 Roush Mustang with the 3rd Fun Rev-Match Pedal Tremec 6 Speed Manual Transmission. It also has the MagneRide Suspension tuned by Roush and looks lower than Mach1 Handling Pack. It Also has the Intercooled Limited Slip Torsen Rear Differential as the GT500. Great video and being ableto collect them to proove a point. I like the rear of the Z with the Katana Blade on the Rear roof line. BMW used to get hot, and cooling system was never good. Adding twin Turbos which get to be 1,875 degrees Fahrenheit Each heating up to Warp the Engine not made to get to be 250 degree Fahrenheit. Fun Track 🏎️🏁🚩👨🏻👍🏻
@@tri3pleagent No driving enthusiast would prefer screens. You have to look at them & aim your finger to adjust basic functions like the HVAC whereas with knobs you don't. Driving is about tactile feel & engagement, screens take away from that. It's a horrible downgrade.
@@tonydavis190 that's utterly ridiculous, bro. First off, if I'm truly getting on it the last thing I'm even worried about is controlling the HVAC. If the screens are a distraction, it's because the driver has allowed them to be...just like being on your phone. I daily this car and the screens are an absolute improvement over the last interior. And I can speak from experience (2015 GT and 2020 GT).
Yeah but it's still the MT82. Can they at least give it a proper gearbox? We got TR6060's in our Falcons since 2008. We are used to a certain standard of living.
The added tech is the only reason I am considering getting the GT haha, the other car I am looking at is the m240i. I am upgrading from an Elantra N because I want more power, but I need to have at least the same amount of tech as the EN to make the change.
Naw keep on going about the screens you forgot to mention to everyone that while they’re driving they can’t use knobs to turn on the AC or turn it off or heat the seats up or not you got look at the screen while driving the whole time if someone wants a minor change lol
S650 would be better in my opinion with: - Give us a few fricking buttons or re-mappable dials for climate, so I don’t crash faffing with screens?! Don’t mind screens in general, but for climate it’s bad. - 360 degree parking camera ?? - More options and love for uk/europe. there are hardly any customisation options vs america. - Climate recaro’s or at least heated, focus/fiesta ST recaros have it, so it’s possible, so why not mustang?
The giant Samsung on the dash is the worst part to me. After a day at work staring at a screen I would like to see a conventional binnacle like the Z and Supra have.
Special thanks to our Patreons for their support of the channel! Mustang or Supra?
Mustang for me!
Was hoping to hear your thoughts on the MT-82 transmission in this car…
mine is getting delivered tomorrow, so stoked!
How have you been enjoying it

temps point is fair for sure
The interior is a downgrade imo. I haven't used the new system but I'll always take analog screen over sticking screens in cars

💯
Definitely the Mustang. I ordered one this past Monday.

Great looking car but a little expensive from the previous model. Great show anyway.😊from Sydney Australia 😊
Many thanks 🙏 🇦🇺
100% on screens. Well said
I couldn't agree more. If the screens bother you too much, you're not paying attention to the road. Those screens are absolutely awesome.

@@tonydavis190if you know where everything is you really don’t have to look at it. That interior is better than gm and dodge

gotta go to the Dark Horse to get the Tremec

Honestly you won’t be disappointed either way!
Love this review 👌🏻
So between this, or a leftover 2024 Camaro 1SS, which one would you take for a daily?
for a daily, probably Mustang - for a track day, maybe the Camaro
Reviews of the updated MT82 have not been kind. What is your take? If getting a GT would you go manual or automatic? 🤔
during my week i didnt really have an issue with it - i would still get the mt82 over the auto...but i'd prefer the tremec from the Dark Horse

I will own this car within the next year 👌
What’s the color of the car in this video?
Black

🤣😅

Supra does not have a screen like that just bmw
My apologies I see what you said now and I agree
You don't even notice it. If you do, you're not paying attention to the road. As far as functionality, the screens are awesome.
why is the camaro and mustang gone??
greasy fingers on the screen, just what we wanted
He’s not kidding about the vapor blue with the bronze pack, best money ever spent 😮💨🤌🏼
Fire 🔥
Nice ride...thought hard about it, myself.
How do the two look together? I like Vapor Blue but on the fence pairing it with the bronze package. 🤔
