I love these 35 min workouts getting everything in. I can come in from work, do exercise, have dinner and walk the hounds and still have a bit of down time. Great stuff ❤️

I was on the Oregon Coast for the past 3 months and my gym is in a basement with no WiFi service and I just got back to NM and the first thing my hubby and I did when we got home was go to the gym and I said to my hubby…”I need my Michelle fix!!” So…we headed to the gym and am excited to get back on track!!! Thanks for this wonderful workout, Michelle!!
Saw this notification pop up on RUclips when I woke up! Did it. Great. Those Bulgarian lunges- ugh. I used a step platform with 3 risers. Michelle is the best!

Really enjoyed this one, love doing strength. Have you done a kettlebell workout? If not would you consider doing one please? I have one but haven't done a workout with it for a while.
I have considered a KB workout, but to be honest I don't have the training. What I need to do is take a workshop so I really know what I'm doing. I don't want to share something that I'm not knowledgeable in, especially for safety. I know it can be a great strength/cardio workou.

Well another totally going rouge day 10 for me. Just wasn't feeling the Soul fusion so tried this one again. Then even within this workout I was listening, really I was, but found myself doing my own version of some of your moves. 😆 😂 😆 . Still liked the work out.

I noticed when I do sumo squats my SI joint often is aggravated. I've started modifying, but I wondered if you had any tips to strengthen those muscles in the hips/SI joint/low back.
If you're doing my workouts you should have a strong core, low back, and glutes. If you need more I'd throw in single leg bridging, pelvic tils (lying down with knees bent), squeeze a Pilates ball in your thighs, lie on stomach and do straight leg lifts, throw in some mini band abduction (band above knees). In the new Thursday workout we have a Pilates floorwork that will be perfect for you. Make sure you are stretching and rolling. Figure 4 stretch, bent knee across body, Cat/Cow, and if rolling use a small harder ball and place under hips and find that area. Hope that's helpful. BTW - it may not be that you need to strengthen it, you may need to stretch it and let it recover.❤️😉
