I don't think he is a preacher, Pastor, Prophet or any of God called servants, but a positive encouraging, wise man who is able to pour good words on weak, hopeless, sick, poor, depressed, and confused to make them reach better goals, through their own faith and believe.
Then he must stop using the name of Jesus to rob people. Suffering is also part of the Christian life. Jesus never promised us riches or a trouble free life. In fact he assured us that we would go through trials and tribulations and will be persecuted for his name sake. God is able to help us and He said he will give us our daily bread. We live in a fallen world. We must come to Jesus for forgiveness of sins and to be cleansed and made holy first and foremost. Jesus is not a genie in the bottle. He is King, He is Lord.

As a South African I'd like to point out that 1, we don't have a youth unemployment rate of 70%, its much lower and excludes youth entrepreneurs. 2, we do have orthodox churches like your methodists and such to which the great majority of black people subscribe to, there's no bringing panties and such to church, ministers(reverends) have 3yrs qualifications and don't collect millions nor run a bazaar at the church either. 3, those congregants(the 2 ladies) represent a minute percentage of not only the youth but black people in general in their thinking about African spirituality and healing which are widely respected. So, for the record this is not the mainstream.

MAN this so pathetic an a Kenyan born Christian but the advantage that the preachers are taking against the poor is similar , at times i've questioned the beliefs taking to account that it was brought by colonisers , Nairobi seems to have the same pandemic Churches croping up everywhere promising miracles , am considering going traditional based on my research on Christianity and reservists
Difference is the colonizers actually followed the bible, these "preachers" follow their wallet.
