When I saw the Charger, I said "it figures". I would not allow someone to drive like that with me in the car. I would be in his/her a** until he/she let me out.

I see it all the time people running red lights, no regards, when I drive I can feel peoples energy, aggression, so I slow down, I cannot tell you by the grace of God how many multiple car pile up accidents I’ve dodge by doing this, seconds counts for sure, I’ve seen trucks speed up in the pouring rain only to loose control of their vehicles and spiral out of control, I just slide my car over and let it do it’s thing, I-95

No car stops/vehicle investigations has been another absolutely splendid decision for the city. Not saying a stop would’ve prevented this but the fact that it’s not even a possibility anymore has emboldened folks to do simpleton shit.

Literally no rules on philly roads anymore. They do this shit all day everyday, random u turns, speeding down center lanes or parking lanes, going around traffic, running lights, and everybody angry..... Definitely get PTSD driving thru philly after a day.

Always slow down and look both ways even if you are going through a green light. We are not living in times when you can expect to safely go through a green light.

Try montana in the winter. Snow and ice they do 80 mph on the interstate. Keeps the sheriff's, highway patrol and rural fire department busy.
Its a lot of certian people out here driving that don't have a clue how...also seeing a lot of not looking where they going for texting and arguing while driving....

I’m surprised that these types of accidents don’t happen more often. I don’t live in Philly, but have driven there most of my life. Running red lights and passing on the right shoulder at high speed seems to be the norm in Philly and Jersey. So much the norm that these reckless drivers will do this while a police car nearby just sit and watch…. I look at these newer cars with the rear or right side completely smashed in and think to myself that they not only caused an accident, they also didn’t report the accident.
You've had 4 mass casualty accidents in the last few weeks, 1 dead 17 injured, 6 dead 9 injured, 4 dead 5 injured and this one.

Seeing all these stories makes me not want to be out at night and I was rushing to get inside this evening after dark and in my short time outside I already saw a bunch of unsettling things. First there was a guy meandering across the street, not at a crosswalk. Just in the middle of the road, did not try to hurry up as I approached, didn’t even bother looking at me. I had to slow down in the middle of the road to let him cross. I’m happy that pot was legalized but the amount this next guy was smoking crossing the street with just an overall raggedy appearance really gave me an unsettling feeling. In a parking lot, a driver was driving pretty fast the WRONG way on the side to exit the parking lot. Then an all-terrain vehicle came flying into the parking lot and parked in the closest spot, a handicap spot. There was no handicap symbols on his all-terrain vehicle. I would later see that vehicle driving off going just as fast, no headlights in the dark. In the store, there was someone pacing a little odd and was mad about something. He was still complaining outside of the store when I left.

Several of these cars that are involved in accidents, are Dodge Chargers. Why would a high performance car be allowed to drive on the streets? I recently drove one to discover I could not really drive slow... because of the high Performance of the car...a relative let me take a quick test drive.
Either people don't know how to drive or they just don't care!

This is just a result of the pandemic and the stimulus checks that people with no driver's license or Insurance brought cars with that $2000 and are now out on these streets illegally and don't know how to drive. I saw this coming from the beginning. Then great timing with the no pullover for minor car/driving offenses equals a bad combination.
