- A young Philadelphia mother who was shot in the head during a quadruple shooting that also injured her 2-year-old child awoke from a coma Monday night. The family is pleading for the gun violence to end as she continues her long road to recovery.

How true! In a lifetime of owning and shooting guns, I have never owned or even seen a "violent gun". ALL guns require a human hand to load, aim and fire at a target. But shifting blame for senseless violence and killing on guns is the favorite ploy of liberals and politicians who don't want to risk angering the people responsible for that violence.

There are LEVELS of violence and gun violence escalate the prospect of injury and death.
You can kill somebody wit a brick, but nobody has killed 20+ people wit a stack of bricks.
It's always a CERTAIN TYPE that are always so adamant about guns.
What's amazing is that the people who live in the most violence-ridden areas aren't the ones screaming about the 2nd amendment.
The people who are at the highest risk of facing a violent encounter are the ones most outspoken about doin something about the availability of guns.
Meanwhile, people that don't even know anyone killed or injured by criminals scream and shout for more guns and bigger guns.

There's not much info on this case but it stands to reason the shooter targeted either this woman, the cousin or both. This tells me one or both of them knew the shooter. I know the hood's view on snitches and the mother's statement pretty much reflected it. She never said anything about the shooter but spoke in general terms about learning to talk things out instead of using guns. Who does this? People who live in fear of retaliation, that's who.
