@@percydoucet1838 I got the snowflakes, candy canes and singing lightbubls in March. Then over the weekend I put them together and test them. To place the element in the front of the house, about 3 half days. Then another half day to test all +5000 pixels. The sequence took about 6 hrs. So, yeah. Start early in the year.

@@miguelgamez6767 Muchas Gracias Miguel palabras. Desafortunadamente el algoritmo de RUclips es muy bueno y detecta las canciones que tiene copyright. Y al menos que tengas los derechos, no hay mucho que hacer. Puedes abrir un case de reclamo diciendo que es para uso illustrativo u de uso justo, pero es casi seguro que lo rechazen. Ahora bien, puedes usar covers de canciones. Lo que yo hago para saber si va a ser vetado, es subir un MP4 (solo musica) en forma "Privada" y ver si el algoritmo lo detecta, Si no, pues puedes usar ese. Hay algunos covers muy buenos que parecen originales y son aceptados.

Im curious about your candy canes. How many channels on your f16 did they occupy? If your running them off 1 output how did you spilt up each candy cane individually? Im very new to this whole thing and this is going to be my first year doing it. I only have 4 candy canes but am wanting to use only 1 channel to save space for future plans. I know each channel can handle the data but no idea how to separate them in xlights like you have. Show looks great! Thanks
Hey John. All the candy canes are connected one after another one in one long string. Each uses 48 pixels and I have 20 of them. In my controller I've created 20 virtual strings. Let say your using port 5 on your controller. Fill the first line with the channel of your choice (that is not been used) let say channel 5000. Enter 48 pixels and then press the "+" next to the port number 19 times. Fill in the blanks for the other 19 Candy canes. Just make sure that the channel start and end are correct. Then in xlight you put 20 candy canes in your layout. And one by one you set the start channel of each of those. Then you can assign effects individually. Good luck.
