    Excellent stretch, felt so good , I always have trouble with my right hip , like with the last pose, (b accident when I was young) this helps TY!

    Thank you Uliana. I enjoyed this practice very much. I was a break for my wrists which are not doing well due to arthritis. Twists always feel good, as do forward bends.

    This really was what a needed today. Had a sleep over at a friends house and had to sleep on the floor 😬 made my shoulder sore... this helped tho! 😊
