Excellent tutorial 👍🏻 Had an Uncle Jubilee delivered today and put it on my Tudor Pepsi with the Tudor clasp no problem thanks to your clear & easy to follow video. Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻
@@marcod.r.3299 I think it’s very comparable to the Uncoe Seiko clasp. I noticed that the jubilee bracelet was more comfortable than the oyster bracelet. I did not notice more discomfort when I switched to the Tudor clasp on jubilee. I’ll probably be keeping it on jubilee with Tudor clasp for now. I wish the adapter had brushed center links thought.
@@burbinghard Great thanks, just ordered the conversion link myself.....I want to try it also....you can brush the center links yourself with a simple scrubbing household sponge, those green kitchen scouring pads to scrub pots and pans......I brushed all the polished center links on my entire IWC Mark XVIII Petit Prince bracelet with a cut off slice of that sponge as I found it too bling bling....and the result is just great, it took me only about 15 minutes for the entire bracelet
great vid. thanks for the instructions. Except i think you're measurements of the Tudor clasp included 2 links which have have made it seem longer than it is.
The other issue with Uncle Seiko is cheep push pins for a $150+ band. Forstners acquired JB Champion, who supplied Rolex the USA bands in the 60's - 70's and their's has screws. There are also high quality Italian jubilee bands.
Hello, my is Tudor GMT 41, I would like to ask if it is better to buy this style of strap, Brushed/Polished (Without Clasp), version in the video. tudor original buckle is more appropriate? Thanks!
Does anyone know if the Uncle Straps conversion piece would fit the Forstner Jubilee? I’m trying to get the original Tudor clasp on the Forstner and I’m not looking to file anything down.
I have owned both. I would say the Strapcode has what I would describe as a more solid clasp, but the Strapcode clasp is pretty thick and less comfortable. I like the vintage style of the Uncle straps so I find myself wearing the Uncle straps more often. I would personally go with the Uncle as the vintage jingly jangly bracelet would be more similar to the original bracelet that came on the SKX. Great watch by the way.
The link does not look good on an expensive watch. And with the Tudor clasp, you have the same adjustment problems as before. I ordered the Strapcode bracelet with an adjustable clasp. Problem solved.
Excellent tutorial 👍🏻

You have made my Tudor dream watch comes true!
I went with the fully brushed jubilee from US for my BB58 blue - figured the fully brushed look would look great with the clasp!
Great vid. I always wondered how the 6 o'clock side of the bracelet was removed. Thanks for the explanation!
Thanks for the support Pangoo82.
Super video, very well explained!
Thanks 🙏🏻 man!
@@burbinghard can you share the wearing experience please? Is it as comfortable as the Uncle Seiko clasp?

Love this! Any chance you could do a tutorial for attaching the OEM clasp to the Forstner Jubilee instead?
Hey Will, I totally would if I had the Forstner but after doing my research and checking pricing I went with the Uncle Straps option.

Great video!
Does the color of the clasp match 100% with the bracelet?
Thank you!
Great video. Can you do a review of this setup vs oem ?

Thank you for your great video . I will be placing my order for the uncle strap. Do you still wear this bracelet with your Tudor GMT
That is the configuration I wear it with yes.
Does the link come with the strap so you can use the Tudor clasp?
May I know is it possible to remove the fixed link(s) pls?
Thanks!
Where did you get that little jubilee end link piece?
Uncle straps website.

I’m trying to get the original Tudor clasp on the Forstner and I’m not looking to file anything down.
I don’t think they would be compatible. Uncle uses push pins and Forstner uses screws on their links.
@@burbinghard Good point! There has to be a way though.....
What size wrist do you have?
I love uncle seiko president bracelet.
Yes. I love it on my Speedmaster!
Are they push pins or screws ?
I need help, Cant decide between uncle seiko or strapcode jubilee on my skx175

@@burbinghard Awesome. Unfortunately I just ordered the Strapcode. We shall see, thanks for the info
Please share link to there bracelet and there site where to order jubilee link to connect there org clasp to it 👏🙂

Uncle Strap charges 15% restocking fee for returns
I’ve never had to return an item to them, but that isn’t that unusual for small shops of the sort.
Burbinghard come back (ac3)
I bought one of these bracelets and had to return it. They are cheap and don’t fit. I would recommend people not buy an uncle bracelet.
