I think the BB58 looks great on the Forstner Jubilee, a very refined and classy appearance. Plus, jubilees are much more comfortable than oysters. I may get one for my BB58.

Yes, agreed. It’s a nicer bracelet than the strapcode jubilee too

Really enjoyed this. 😃 You demo-ed how we all actually feel as we’re messing around with our springboard and bracelets.
I just ordered a Forster bullet bracelet; so I’ll be battling this same problem soon.

My only nitpick with the BB58 is the clasp being longer than the lug-to-lug. Now I know I have other options. Thanks for the video!

I love it! I’m considering one. I’ve got a BB58 blue on bracelet. I love the way the bracelet looks, and the quality is very high. The effective clasp length on the underside of my wrist is over 50mm, though, making for an awkward fit! On the 6-o’clock side, the link meeting the clasp doesn’t fully articulate. On the 12-o’clock side, the clasp scissor-arms are about 3/8” longer than they should be. It’s a shame that Tudor made this bracelet so incompatible with small wrists, especially when the 39mm was made for this crowd.

I am using the brushed jubilee from uncleseiko on my bb 58 Navy Blue. The uncleseiko can be modded and you can use the orig. Tudor buckle. I like this setup. But I am thinking of changing it for the forstner. I like the skrews…

@@eg4059 I also have the Uncleseiko jubilee, really nice bracelet but terrible quality on the clasp. Do you have any tips on how to swap the clasp for the Tudor one as you did?

I had such a hard time with the BB58 spring bars. I bought the Strapcode oyster v-clasp for it, and ended up taking it to a watchmaker to install. Just very tight tension on the OEM Tudor spring bars.

    • @WonderofWatches

Yes. This. I had the exact same problem. I’m fact in this scenario, I used the forstner provided spring bars and that really helped.

I priced the uncle seiko and a Forstner for a Tudor GMT. £95 and £155 respectively.

I don’t think a jubilee works on this piece at all personally. It’s a tool watch and looks way better on the oyster

I actually understand your point of view here, genuinely. The only argument I’d submit is that the gmt is also a tool watch. But yes, you don’t see divers on joobs too often.
