Hi 👋, I know this is a bit out of date but I will be doing this with my right ribs in a few days time it looks quite interesting thank you for the info. Stay safe keep up the good cooking. Phil from the Moulin in France
Just ran across your channel I'm impressed. Pretty country girl that knows her stuff !!!! Great channel I'm going to try the ribs this coming hunting season
Wow thats alot of flavor! usually i just cut ribs down w a reciprocating saw and fill up crockpot with beer n spices. If i pull them out at 4 hours its to throw on a smoker grill for a bit. Ive tried all the techniques. crockpot with beer is my favorite.
Yum! If you could make more videos and be consistent with putting them out, you could have a huge channel. I'm sure there's lots of stuff you know that people want to watch and learn. Film a bunch when you have extra time, then just set them to publish on a regular schedule while you're busy. Good luck!
Have to admit I have never kept the ribs from my deer - after watching your video I am gonna have to give it a try. Seems like a great recipe and I can't wait to try - last weekend of archery season here in Ohio - gonna have to put one down.
I harvested a nice animal this year and was looking for a decent recipe for the ribs...will let you know how I make out with this one. Thanks for sharing!
I tried this and made up my own dry rub as well but procedure was the same. One thing that I'm used to doing with my venison roasts is to add oil before applying dry rub. I tried doing it this way last time and I had a lot of rub come off. You skipped from boiling them to putting on the rub, do you apply anything to keep the rub from coming off?
@@bekagarris5584 do you cook it in the crockpot for 4 hrs or pressure cooker?? Just wondering bc I put it in my crockpot but the end of your video says pressure cooker???
+Beka Garris ...some guys i know toss the ribs after dressing it out, thinking that they're not worth the trouble, but it's totally worth it i think. i liked your use of brown-sugar & honey, I've never tried that before, but will next time for sure. your ribs looked absolutely picture perfect!
The honey helps the sauce to adhere to the ribs and coupled with the brown sugar you'll get an amazing caramelization when you stick them under the broiler
I followed this recipe exactly as Beka presented it and the results were AMAZING!!! Thank you for posting this video!! So good!
These were awesome!!! Thanks for posting. I suggest anybody trying this recipe follows all the steps exactly the way you do it. You are aewsome!
