Have you ever wanted to smoke venison ribs??? Did it seem a bit daunting and difficult?
Well, here ya go!!!! Finally, a video that shows you how to marinate and properly smoke venison ribs on a Weber 22 kettle. And these ribs are so juicy. ( let them rest 20 min) Total cooking time, about 5 hrs. NO PRE-COOK or BOILING NEEDED.
Using the snake method and the Aura Outdoor Products “KETTLE ZONE SYSTEM” you can have an amazing indirect cook for your smoking!! I love this product already.
    THE MARINADE:
    1 cup - SOY SAUCE
    2 tbs - WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 cup - PINEAPPLE JUICE
    2 - BAY LEAVES
    1 cup - BROWN SUGAR
    1 tbs - RED PEPPER
    4 cloves - GARLIC- crushed
1 tbs - FRESH GINGER GRATED
    THE RUB:
    3 tbs - SALT
    2 tbs - PEPPER
4 tbs - DRIED PORCINI MUSHROOMS - grinded

just getting into smoking. i have ate hundreds of deer and have crock pot cooked deer ribs but just dont like the deer fat tallow sticking to the roof of my mouth. did you experience that with these? i will be trying them next year.

    @bryanpalmer2609 3 года назад

When you trimmed them...it looks like you left the fat and only got the silver skin off correct?...the fat should break down during that long cook ?

I rather "harvest" a deer and leave the cooking to someone else.

Shot and killed the deer harvested in the deer sounds more hippie / millennial BS. Hunted and shot killed and butchered the deer all there is to it made some good barbecue great video.
