You know what's sad is most people waste deer ribs. It's does my heart good to see a man who uses ALL the animal the way it is supposed to be done. 👍❤🔥💲🦌
Now if only they would reform the laws around game meat and allow it to be bought and sold in the USA to a better capacity. I know i would buy Bison and Deer at the grocery store if i had the ability to. Ive read that Bison actually has to be imported for food sale unless you go out and get it yourself. That sucks if its true.
That looked so good. Saved a lot of meat too. The buzzard would not be happy. You can slow cook a hammer. Had me rolling. Was fun to watch. Great video
I’ll probably never make this, but you make it look so fun! It’s great to see how much you love cooking and showing us that it’s possible to make amazing meals from scratch with fairly simple ingredients. So fun!
We try and get the meat from between the ribs and it goes in the grind pile. The dogs get the rest. Nothing goes to waste around here. I'm going to try this recipe next deer because it looks FIE-YA
I’m with you my man. I love all your products and cooking videos. Forget those who judge and know no facts. I’ve been there, trust in yourself your real fans will stand behind you
While I agree with your and Stale Cracker's message, I have never seen anyone, not trim the ribs as he shows. And I've been hunting, fishing and trapping for over 50 years. In Alaska, it's the law that you pack out all the meat first. Only on the final trip can you bring out that trophy moose rack. So I doubt that MOST people waste so much meat. I have heard of it, and it's a terrible thing to do. idk, maybe I just hanged out with a more ethical crew than the, MOST.
@@davidbuben3262 right that's what I was thinking too, but then again some ppl hunt just for the head and don't eat the meat they donate it or what ever.

I have seen plenty of deer dumped nearly whole, just the backstraps taken out. These a holes deserve to starve to death. Thank you for showing how to use the whole animal.
I just found your channel and I already trust your opinions on roux over any of the fools who say you have to season your cutting board and buy $50 of ingredients just to make a damn grilled cheese.
Why, so he can make the same spicy slop over and over again? There's a reason why you sear meat (normal meat, deer is not in the supermarket for a reason too) before cooking it. This guy makes the same dish every time, all he has is charisma
Venison pepperoni. 25 years ago Alberta opened deer full time and elevated quotas. my uncle was there and he once sent us 25 pounds of deer pepperoni. fond memories. im sure that deer andouilles made with the meat thrown away by the couillons would be great too.

Nothing wrong with deer ribs. Most ppl are wasteful.
No different from beef or pork ribs in my opinion, all are flavorful and delicious when cooked right.
