I was doing running, weightlifting, you name it, a lot of "aggressive" workouts and my body would respond to some degree, but I would always be tired as a result. I started doing your workouts and it seemed like "it is way too gentle, it feels good, but I won't get abs or anything"...a month later, my body looks better than it has EVER looked and I have abs I haven't had before! And what's more it feels like a healing workout instead of some aggression I am taking out on my body. So THANK YOU for these! Спасибо громадное от души!

I just started a new job where im constantly standing on concrete flooring for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. After a while my back, feet and legs start to really hurt. Im so happy that before or after a long day of working I can turn to your videos and really recover my body. Thank you so much xoxo

Hey Juliana, this is one of my favourite videos from you; it's something I always come back to when I feel like my muscles need a gentle flow to loosen up. This time I noticed the video seems to have become corrupted somehow? Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but a green blotch keeps popping up and disappearing on the top third of the video. I checked and it doesn't seem to be my computer. In any case, it didn't affect the audio or skip anything, so it's not an interruption to the practice, but I did want to point it out in case others are having any issues. As always, thank you for providing us with these beautiful practices!
Thank you so much for the wonderful yoga routine Juliana. Your voice just so perfectly brings the calmness necessary for the body and mind to be in sync. However, the background music can be a bit more relaxing . Try some music pieces with sound of flute in it. You are sure gonna love it.
I am truly amazed, how perfect this routine is! Although the music is quite different and not as relaxed as your newer Videos, this is exactly all the right movements for waking up in the morning and getting your stiff body to start into the day :) thank you very much!

+Autum Davis I think thats wonderful that your starting experimenting with what foods work best for you, I think thats the key to a happy and fulfilling diet/lifestyle. :) I personally usually cook with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Those are healthy oils and fats that are very good for our bodies in moderation of course. :)
Your yoga and workout videos are really great! I'm senior year of high school now and I'm quite stressed (since I pretty much sit down at the desk and study all day, even in summer), so I decided to wake up earlier and do 30 minutes of workout and yoga before going to school and on weekends. And most of your videos happen to last about 15 minutes so I follow a workout and then a yoga video or two yoga videos if I'm not feeling like sweating. Thank you for being amazing! Lots of love!

Offering some helpful production feedback, I hope: sometimes the music (great by the way) overpowers your voice-over in volume so it is more difficult to hear your instructions. Most often the levels are fine, but there have been one or two videos I could not practice with for this reason. I am commenting on this video because it comes close and reminded me. thank you for the time you both take in producing these videos. I exercise with you every morning. Offering some helpful production feedback, I hope: sometimes the music (great by the way) overpowers your voice-over in volume so it is more difficult to hear your instructions. Most often the levels are fine, but there have been one or two videos I could not practice with for this reason. I am commenting on this video because it comes close and reminded me.
