Well I made mine. It is very good. I made a very small one 2 chayote’s but didn’t know how to make the crumb topping, then I let it get too dark. I put raisins and pecans in mine. It was still good but next time I’ll follow your ingreds for topping. Do you know if this freezes well ?
Great idea!! I just started my own keto RUclips channel...I lost over 100 lbs and found the courage to start one at age 43! Been a learning curve. Love your recipes and videos!!
Zucchinis as apple substitutes are awesome! I've done them as fried apples for breakfast, in apple muffins, and in mug cakes. Can't wait to try your recipe Sarah 🤗
I'd just like to say how much I appreciate y'all. I've only been doing keto for 5 weeks and this is a lifestyle change for me not just a diet and your videos are such a lifesaver especially to those of us just starting out. I've learned so much from y'all. Thanks so much for all you do🌻🌻🌻
My favorite tip to new people is that if you're craving something dont deny yourself. Just find a way to make it keto. This cobbler is a prime example.
You two are AMAZING!!! I can't imagine this recipe tasting good. But I trust you two and even more the kid that's says it's really good :-). Therefore I may have to try this recipe. Sarah Thank you for all your effort & time you put in these recipes. And CJ For bringing them to Us.
Woohoo!! Another fantastic comfort food Keto recipe. I have made this dish in the past but yours is a much easier method. Will def be making this! Thank you Sarah & CJ! Happy Fall!!🍁🌻🍂
That looks so yummy! And your daughter is adorable😍 ♥️ I like when you show one of y'all's kids, or all of them, or a clip of you and CJ off screen! Thanks, as always 🤗

I made this today with some substitutes. It turned out DELISH! I used apple pie spice and in the lemon juice & water, I also added some green apple flavor. My 1 yr old grandson kept asking for more. Thanks so much!
Yay! I don’t know if you watched the end of the video, but my eight-year-old apple pie loving daughter thought this was just the greatest… She didn’t know it was zucchini. I made another one last night using chayote squash… And she knew it was squash and still loved it 😂👍🏼💗🍏
Thank you for this recipe! I'm going to try this as well as try to use this faux apple recipe to make some apple dumplings (with fathead dough). You guys are the best!
OMG! Sarah you have out done yourself! Apple was never at the top of my list for pies but I thought I would give this a go. In my opinion, it's better! This one is definitely a keeper.
Zucchini???? Oh my goodness!!!! I’m excited to give this a try :) I just recently received 2 large zucchini’s. I’ve been looking at them for a few days wondering what I was going to do!!
I forgot to tell you, Sarah, I love the research you do in the background on the different spices and such. I find that quite fascinating and interesting! Thank you for your hard work!
I think this may be part of my holiday meal plan. I would prefer "apple" cobbler or a pumpkin pie. The way you cut the zucchini is brilliant. We eat with our eyes as much as our taste and I think the shape of the "fruit" will add to the idea of an apple cobbler. With all the new varieties of apples out now, people might just think its a type of apple that they aren't used to eating. LOL
Looks good!! Sara...please look downward.....it looked like you were addressing the ceiling.... I bet you guys I've already figured that out! I love you guys!
I just made this and I'm amazed... jaw on the floor amazed! I reduced the recipe because I only had 2 zucchini, so I cooked mine using 2 custard ramekins. They turned out great! Thanks a bunch for sharing the recipe!
I heard of this being used during the Great Depression era. There is even a Mock pecan pie, using oatmeal and coconut. I bet a keto Chess pie would be really good.
I have a big container of citric acid powder for some reason, so I used a few sprinkles of that (to taste) in my zucchini. I prefer it because it has no flavor like lemon juice does.
Your apple crisp recipe is awesome!! This looks so good, too! I bet you could easily turn the apple filling into an apple pie in an almond flour crust and I’d be almost the same ingredients. Love this and thank you!
