      You didn’t see the front though as a lifter myself I know a lot of people who lose weight and have real bad Gyno. Not all the time you will lose love handles but it’s always worth a shot.

      Just stop eating sugar, packed foods, frozen foods, and replace your diet with foods containing less carbs and more protein, add 1 hour of brisk walking daily, abs workout at alternate days, other alternate day hiit exercise and then by losing good amount of weight like 80-85 start gym and u are done✌

      I would say to him congratz at the weight loss .. it can't have been easy, but also at the same time i would also say shame on him for letting himself get to the obese 145kg state to begin with. I'm 5ft 10 and have been near obese too in the past at 90kg and it's just greediness and laziness that gets you so fat..
      we as a society always congratulate obese people for losing weight but no one really congratulates slender people for having the discipline to stay slim and not to get fat ..and i think that's kinda sad.., as in todays day and age with food so readily available in most developed countries it's very easy to get fat...

    when i was 10, i was 160 pounds because my parents encouraged me to eat unhealthy because they'd say that once i go through puberty, i'll be slim, but then i realized thats not true. But i still didnt feel like losing weight because i was so used to not doing anything like working out or anything. but then one day, im not even kidding, i started watching haikyuu because i used to be obsessed with anime, but haikyuu made me love volleyball so much, that i wanted to play it so bad. after that i started working out and eating healthy and i did so much for volleyball. i went from 160 to 130 at 10-12. now im 13 and im 150 and i do calisthenics and i have a 34 inch vert(im trying to get to 40 rlly bad) and i won the miami county championships for volleyball😊

      Keep going 💪 don't let anyone spread negative things about you. i was forced by my relatives to eat unhealthy foods for competition I weighted and it was 102kg i was very upset that I even wanted to commit su!cide but I watched videos abt losing weight and I tried 20 min workouts home once a week but I get very hungry if I do 1 workout but I've tried buying weight kg for losing weight it didn't work I cried for 3 days but I liked anime I've watched an Korean show called "lookism" on netflix and it shows about a boy who is overweight gets bullied at school and after he switched body with an strong and healthy boy but whatever I did not give up on my dreams I kept going for a week it was 102kg now its 98kg but I still cried I've kept going and eating healthy food and fasting and going on a diet after few months of pain now I'm at 53kg.
