For those of you who are looking in the comments for people’s review of the recipe: MAKE IT! I just made this tonight for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! I’m thankful for recipes like this that make my transition into a vegan lifestyle easy. You will love this recipe. I suggest you save this one 👍🏼
Did this tonight for my family and it was a smash hit, everyone asking for seconds. I juiced one and half lemons and put in half a can of nutritional yeast, because you advised on flavourings. Thanks for posting this its getting that I'm too lazy to even think about what to make I just ask Petra.
I love your channel. I have Lupus and Addison’s Disease. Your channel has really helped me during my pregnancy 🤰🏽 cravings. I am having multiples and I am on a strict diet. No gluten or diary. I can have fermented soy but other than that no soy. Your channel has changed the way I eat. 😍😍😍💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤰🏽🤰🏽👶🏽👶🏽👶🏽👶🏽
What is Addison's disease? Isn't it an auto immune disease? My daughter (age 14) has Celiac disease and Type One diabetes, both of which are auto immune diseases. It seems like if you have one auto immune disease, you are at a higher risk of getting another. We follow a strict gluten free diet in my home. If my daughter eats any gluten, it makes her very sick. I hope that you are doing very well! Best wishes!
Woooooow! I've just had IT for dinner!! It's sooooooo freaking delicious ... And you cannot tell it's made with couliflower!!!!! I reccomed this dish to all of you hesistant people!!!! Thank U for such a good recipe !!! It's gonna be my nr 1 channel for recipes!!
What a genius combination of ingredients you put together. You've done it again, another must try. The only addition or change I'll be making is to add green peas because when i made the traditional alfredo recipe years ago, i always put green peas into my sauce (it's a thing, I know)
I tried this recipe with zucchini noodles (since my budget this week could not allow for gluten free pasta) and the dish turned out amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this!
Thank you for the gluten free recipe! My daughter has Celiac disease, so we stay away from all gluten foods/products. It's refreshing to see so many more gluten free recipes these days! We are gluten free, and not by choice, but by medical necessity. Have you ever made any gluten free breads? Would love to see a video on it. Hope you have a great New Year! ☺️
I made this recipe once or twice before with delicious results. But I don’t digest onions very well, so tonight I tried it using the Indian spice, Asafoetida. This spice tastes like a combination of garlic and onion. It worked really well in this recipe. Just thought you might want to know in case other people have issues with onions.
Thank you so much. I’m eating this as we speak. And from someone who still consumes dairy, this was a GREAT switch. I added some basil and it was a great addition. Came back to say thank you 👌🏽🙌🏽
I am delighted to find this recipe as I am enjoying the taste of tomato sauce less and less these days and, as I do not eat cauliflower regularly, this will be a perfect way to incorporate more of it into my diet as I do LOVE pasta! Thank you for sharing.
Petra I just made this tonight for dinner. My kids especially LOVED it. It was sooo delicious! I roasted broccoli, zucchini and tossed it into the pasta. This will definitely be a new family favorite.
Hey lovely! This looks like a really great recipe, I have to try this one out! 😁 as always, thanks for sharing another great recipe with us. Have a blessed week girl. ☺
Just found your channel a couple days ago. I love learning all the new recipes. I have been making a new recipe or 2 every day. For my daughters birthday, I made 4 different raw desserts for her & my other kids &. extended family to try out. The tirimisu, lime cheesecake, no bake chocolate fudge ( my favorite) & the Peanut butter & jam cookies. They are all really good. We are used to eating very healthy but I like the no baking factor. Healthier & so much faster to prepare. I've also made the Mac & cheese, & the muffin tops( really good) You can imagine the huge mound of dishes on my counter lately. All my kids & husband like your food as well. Thank you so much! P.S. I love your accent & your name.
Just tried this tonight, only change was i added 4 cloves of garlic and each tablespoon of nutritional yeast was mounding. My wife and I actually preferred this to all the dairy based alfredos we've had over the years, we have only recently gone vegan (about 2 months ago). Wife literally licked her plate which she never did with all the other Alfredos. Very good recipe, Thank you
This is like the fettuccine my ex-boyfriend (who was a chef in a local restaurant) used to make for me. He used sauteed red bell pepper pieces to add color and a little extra flavor. I am gonna make this asap! Thanks Petra!
Thank you very much, totally will trying this out tomorrow. I am currently not vegan, but hopefully this recipe tastes good and well it will definitely help me to keep eating what I want while being sick ( restricted from dairy products )
Thank you for this Recipe, Im making this tonight with Zuchinni Noodles! I love that you have your husband give a review, I appreciate his objective. Thanks again, I know it will taste amazing!
Love love love ur channel! Great ideas for mostly raw food dishes- full of flavor & nutrients! Can u please make some things using cauliflower? Thank u💚
Ok, here is an update to my question about the sunflower seeds, they work perfectly. I did soak them for a half hour before adding them into the sauce, but it all turned out incredible! I also added some dehydrated cherry tomatoes from my garden last year and it made the sauce even better. I also added mushrooms. To top it I soaked some soy curls in better than bouillon broth for 15 minutes and then drained them and pan fried them to brown them and added a little cumin and white pepper. It was a perfect chicken replacement.
Made this today, but the flavor is not near to an alfredo sauce, I had to add one more tablespoon of nutritional yeast and 3 more garlic, it still had the almond milk after taste, added garlic powder and onion powder and a little bit of salt. Overall is an excellent alternative sauce for pasta very creamy and good, next time I will use the pasta water instead of the almond milk.
Thank you so much for the recipe, this looks delicious, and super easy! Also, I was wondering if you might be Polish, because my sister's name is also Petra. You don't meet too many!
There's a pizza buffet, Cici's (I don't know if it's a local store or not. I think it is though) but they make Alfredo pasta with Celantani? Celentini? Idk what it's called... It's a spiral pasta. It's so good!! I love it so much, it's my favourite kind of pasta
How long did you blend this for? I blended mine for so long and it still had some texture to it. It tasted great, it just wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve hoped 🙁
I got to say think that your husband? also comments on this is excellent. So many of these video channels only have the biased comments of the cook which gets very very old.

Made this yesterday! It's an amazing recipe! Honestly could not tell the difference from white sauce with actual cheese in it.
I am delighted to find this recipe as I am enjoying the taste of tomato sauce less and less these days and, as I do not eat cauliflower regularly, this will be a perfect way to incorporate more of it into my diet as I do LOVE pasta! Thank you for sharing.
I like to add miso paste to the sauce as well because it gives a nice fermented salty flavor 🙂
I add some chickpea miso as well, but after cooking the cauliflower, just to help keep its beneficial properties.
Definitely going to try this one.
Dear lady, what a great cook you are!Your family is very happy to have you!

Yummy! This is my next dish.
This was great. Thank you very much!
I Have Been Looking For a Gluten Free Fettuccine For Awhile Now But, A Vegan.. Awesome! I Cannot Wait To Make!
Can we make this without nutritional yeast, and still make it taste okay?
I used leftover sauce on baked potato and steamed cauliflower it worked great, I also put it on steamed cauliflower and baked it , I'm mad about it!
Awesome!!! I love all your recipes 💚💓 I would really appreciate if you could please make a video of mint chocolate ice cream 🌀👌🏼 thx

Thank you so much for the recipe, this looks delicious, and super easy!
Also, I was wondering if you might be Polish, because my sister's name is also Petra. You don't meet too many!
I made it. It’s really good. Thx for the recipe. Just wonder why I got 1.250 ml of sauce and you got so little 🙃 🌱
I think I am gonna do it with grilled zuccini and tofu
There's a pizza buffet, Cici's (I don't know if it's a local store or not. I think it is though) but they make Alfredo pasta with Celantani? Celentini? Idk what it's called... It's a spiral pasta. It's so good!! I love it so much, it's my favourite kind of pasta
I cooked this for dinner tonight and ooooo yumm 😋 will definitely make it again and again 👍 and it was so easy too. Thanks Petra.
Mmmm, could I use more garlic , because I like mine so garlicky 🙈 .
Of course! You can tweak any recipe to your taste!
Please use , this woman is a nasty woman z this recipes is trash
You
I made mine so GARLICKY LOL so amazing
Thank you for this recipe! Looks amazing. Looking forward to cook it :-)
Brilliant, thank you!
How long did you blend this for? I blended mine for so long and it still had some texture to it. It tasted great, it just wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve hoped 🙁
Thanks for the great recipe, Do you know how long will it keep in the fridge?
Looks Yummy ! Definitely gonna try that and add some grilled chicken or shrimp 🥰
What powder did you add in the mixer jar before lemon and salt
I got to say think that your husband? also comments on this is excellent. So many of these video channels only have the biased comments of the cook which gets very very old.
What was the milk like liquid you added to the pot? And what was the bread crumbs like ingredient you put into the blender for the sauce?
hello never thought of that i am wondering can you feel the taste of the cauliflower in the sauce ?
Hi . Is there any substitute for nutritional yeast. My kids are allergic to it.
I would try vegan cheese (one that melts) instead :)
What can use for a replacement for cashews? For allergic reasons?
What’s the name of that pasta you used?
Hi,which nutritional yeast do you use?
Looks tasty
Wow this looks amazing! will definitely try asap. However, I'm thinking, why not coconut milk instead for extra creaminess?
I love Alfredo sauce but , I don't know what Cain of powder you put in to the blender when making the coliflower cream .
What is that thing which u add in the blender other than lemon
How much nutritional yeast do you use
Can we add coconut milk instead of omen milk
Is it good without nutritional yeast
