Maybe a little background music would have been good….you usually have a perfect level of that on the tasting videos which I like. (It used to be distractingly loud but now it is 👍)

Definitely prefer the videos you guys speak in and star in. You're personalities are such a great part of your channel. Recipe videos that are just asmr or have music or voice overs I don't even watch. I normally click off them and search for videos with people in them that show step by step and aren't rushed. That being said from an editing and production standpoint, this was very well done. Just not the type of video I'd personally watch in the future for recipes. Thank you for sharing. Glad you're trying new things 🙂

Manicotti and fettuccine alfredo were always my favorite Italian food entrees, especially the latter. Add sides like a bread stick, minestrone soup and either pinot grigio or bloody mary. So glad to see a vid on how to make vegan FA!!!😁😁

After watching all of your videos, I noticed that you never did a taste test on vegan butter. I tried a new one yesterday called melt organic, it blew away all others that I tried previously tried and think it would make a good video. Great video btw
That is one we have not done but have discussed (and been talking more recently) the best way to do that. May be weird to just go spooning 10 different butters in our mouth HAHA

Yes! Any non-dairy milk will work, we do recommend thicker ones. For example if you can find the extra creamy oat milk it would help. Otherwise you may have to reduce down a bit longer
Any non-dairy milk can be used but we highly recommend the creamiest version you can find so if not coconut, then the creamy oat milk would be best. Vegan cheese we used was Violife Parm

They used VioLife. The coconut milk makes it rich and creamy. It enhances the flavor it you ask me. Doesn’t taste “coconuty”
We don't think it's sweet at all. There's no added sugar in canned coconut milk like there may be in cartoned milk. And yes it's Violife in the video

i think any milk would work, but the sauce will be a bit runny. maybe if you add some flour or corn starch to thicken it up.
