In a sense, by questioning and focusing on what’s happened it’s like the ego trying to prevent you from carrying on in your journey.. Im finding the more meditation and the more I learn, the more let’s say magical things are happening my intuition is definitely heightened, my awareness is stronger and It is helping create more calm in my life. 🎉
Hahahahaha. I had a short ride today without any intention. I've been in constant meditative state last days and things come spontaneously. Again, gravity disappeared and I was totally free in space. Dark space. This time I was moving forward pretty fast. Like in a rollercoaster but with zero friction and sounds. It is challenging and very confusing. Right before the end I saw a glimpse of your face. It was 3 hours ago. Here I am and the answer is ready. Thank you.

How enlightening, I guess not understanding could apply to dreams, I have vivid dreams, so bizarre, I tried to analysis but end up in knots, so like you say, I give up 😅 I say thank for the dream experience and carry on with my day😊. cant the anger sometimes be a sign you dont have enough capacity to meditate right now, especially if you cant let go of the anger and try instinctually overcompensate with concentration
