Ramachandran plot explanation and analysis

Ramachandran plot lecture - This biochemistry video tutorial explains about the Ramachandran plot diagram and the role of ramachandran plot in determining the secondary structure of the proteins. This video lecture also explains the torsional angles and it also state how torsional angles determine the secondary protein structure including the formation of alpha helix and beta sheet. It also states whether the alpha helix or beta sheet structure be stable for a protein or not. we can get an idea about protein structure and symmetry with Ramachandran plot analysis.
