I am a bit confused about the anticlockwise minus and clockwise plus. Because in XY-plane if you move anticlockwise the value will be positive and the reverse will be negative. Can anyone clear this doubt?

Hey! angle is formed between three atoms. in two atoms it's just a degree of rotation. there cannot be two angles Phi and Psi between three atoms. please correct yourself in the video?
bro she has mentioned them as degree of rotation only not angles between atoms.
