Ma'am there is a doubts in pepsin portion it should cut Rn-1 side of W not Y cause it cuts the amino side of aromatic amino acid ?? Kindly explain it

In the example of pepsin.. why there was no fragment in W position??
I think in the question pepsin should cut at the n-terminal of W(tryptophan) and not V(valine) .... Please mam recheck it 🙏

Maam at 19:54, you're not cutting the side of W, even though there's no proline and it's not terminal. I think there'll be 3 fragments.

yes by mistake she draw it between Y and V ... it should be between V and W

At 16:39, under Chymotrypsin you've written the condition as Rn=P. But, in the examples you are saying the if Rn=P, then Chymotrypsin wouldn't cut. I think under the conditions of Chymotrypsin it should have been Rn not equal to P, like that of Trypsin. Isn't it?
