@@angeliquealamer hey Angelique, if you think about how many people in the world drink coffee, that many people drinking coffee - and probably a large amount on empty stomachs - it would surely show if it was causing issues with hormones. Also you hormones are very tightly regulated within the body so it would take a lot to impact that

I think it depends on what kind of coffee you’re drinking honestly! As a barista of 8 years, I’ve had coworkers have surgery & to see doctors because of having espresso on an empty stomach (from testing the shots in the mornings) & it messing with the acids in their stomachs causing problems that way. So I highly recommend always having water with coffee but it shouldn’t have an effect if you haven’t had breakfast yet!

1g per lb of bodyweight is usually used by bodybuilders (and it's typically on the high end of what's required to maximize muscle growth), the actual UN recommendations are much lower (i believe it's 0.38g / lb).

    • @ludovicapiccinini7936

Fiber is obviously the salad, fat is in the dressing. No protein aside from the cheese in the croquetas (possibly some chicken in the salad too), but not every meal needs to be fully balanced, you just need to look at how the whole day looks. And, this is not a diet to lose weight, this is literally how she eats on an average day.
