    Hello sir,your channel is great,but can you please teach pranayama for the beginners. As when I watched your videos I really don’t know how you are breathing. It will help so many new students. Aasana, I still get sometimes, but hard to know about pranayama. Maybe one or two videos in a week for beginners. I will appreciate it. Thanks 🙏
