30 Min FAST & FURIOUS Full Body HIIT Workout - No Equipment | EPIC III Day 25

  • Speed alongside precision is the aim today! Really increasing the heartrate for a short duration, lots of movements involving the core and requiring not only fast twitch movements but muscular endurance also!
    This workout is ‘nearly’ no repeat as every exercise is different but there is a staple! There are 2 exercises within the staple today! Push ups for upper body and alternating lunges to really work the entire lower body!
    Due to the fact there are 2 exercises within the staple, this workout will pass very quickly!!
    You will need a mat nearby and also a bottle of water & towel!
    The timer will be on for 30 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween!

    wow, this left me feeling so accomplished and tired at the same time! WE'RE HALFWAY! 💪😄 I'm not the best at pushups or lunge jumps but I pushed through and the lunge jumps were even quite fun at times! This has been so much fun so far, chatting with you all about the workouts and encouraging each other every day! You are all an amazing, welcoming community and I feel honored to be part of it, thank you Caroline for creating this space ❤️

    I seriously don’t understand anyone that would EVER give our girl a thumbs down! They are very minimal, but I just don’t get it! I have been working out all my adult life (I am 59 years old) and completely loving Caroline….which I discovered last year! You go, girl….nothing but ALL thumbs up from me!! 😘💕🙏🥰

    Her intro was so energetic that I feel like doing this immediately though I'm out... However shall do this when I'm back. Wonderful combination and what a finisher it is...the heart will come out thumping and later say thanks for the roller coaster ride😂😂😂

    A few months ago I wasn't able to do lunge jumps, I wasn't able to coordinate and jump with both legs at the same time. Now I did all of them and without rest! I'm so proud of myself and very grateful to you, Caroline. Thank you for being my coach for 3 years! Lots of love from Spain!💗

    Halfway hurray!!!
    I'm too loving every sec of this program!! My lower back was showing up so did a bit of Pilates today, and this one is going to be a tough one.. Monday morning for this one!
    Also,the excitement of being halfway is clearly showing in her energetic voice in the beginning

    I was literally staring at my computer and waiting for today's workout to be dropped. This one went by so fast, by the time I noticed it, we were almost done with the session 😆 This workout was really fun and I really enjoyed it.     I can feel myself building more and more stamina for these HIIT sessions as the weeks go by. Feels amazing to have done this workout with a big smile on my face throughout. I've gotten more accustomed to that feeling of there being not "enough" rest between each set--and driving on anyway with full strength when the timer goes. Truly thankful for you Caroline and everyone in this community for motivating me to move faster and get stronger physically and mentally.

    I fell behind because of college... i still snuck in a CG workout even if i have to wake up at 6a.m! Sometimes i do one after school but it’s the best thing! Full of serotonin! So greatful for you Caroline!

    Enjoyed this session so much, thank you Caroline! The staples are the killer!!! I didn't complete full jump lunges and towards the end, I did non-jumping instead. 🥴
    We are now heading towards the other half of Epic III programme, great and fun times do pass by very quickly! 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️

    I am so excited that we reached the half of our journey. I haven't missed not even one workout until today and I have to say that every workout is more challenging than it's previous. I think today's will be great and very sweaty too. 😀

    I must say, hiit and cardio in Epic 3 are the coolest workouts I have ever done. Pure endurance test. With every workout completed I feel like on top of the world. Thank you Caroline and crossing my fingers to all of you epic slayers!

    Simultaneously excited and disappointed to be half way with this programme. It's going so much faster than I anticipated!
    Thanks for another ripper of a workout, Caroline! I unfortuately had to pause twicw because my music was not doing what I wanted it to, but I was throughoughly challeged by this one. The staple was interesting - I could live with the pushups but I really struggle with lunge jumps.
    Looking forward to week 6.

    So happy to see that my strength is getting better, when I saw that the push-ups were a staple I was afraid at first but smashed all of them.     Who can believe that after today’s HIIT workout we are half way through epic 3! What a brilliant time we have all been having! Today’s HIIT looks great...a good straightforward HIIT session where we can really push our heart rates high! The staple looks brilliant...simple but tough upper and lower body moves! I did a long walk yesterday...but definitely have enough energy left to do this! Have a great workout everyone and a lovely, relaxing Sunday afterwards! Matthew

      Morning, Matthew... I saw pictures of your walk on fb group... Beautiful scenery as always.
      25th session of epic 3... Time really flies, before we will realize we will complete another epic program. This one was fast ans sweaty and I was looking forward to it the whole week. Wow, loved the staple, I could manage 30 push ups and 25-32 lunge jumps. Definetely hard moves for staple and they really got the heart rate up. The finisher was sweaty shredder as well🥵🥵 Braced core- for me the hardest abdominal workout from Caroline. I was feeling the burn from the first hollow hold. Finished with unwind stretch, which relaxed me and rejuvenated me as always. What a wonderful day of exercise and the following weeks will be amazing, I can feel it.
      Hope you enjoy this one and you feel as fantastic as I am feeling.

      Morning Matthew! True that ... time flew by quickly! And we had so much fun! 🥳 I just finished up with my training session and it felt like having a party! Push ups plus lunge jumps ... my favourites! Since 'circuit series' I was hoping to do a finisher like that again ... it was just great! 🌟🎊🌟 Did 'braced core' afterwards and I'm getting better with those cheeky tough hollow holds! 😅 I really enjoyed my workout & wish the same for you!     Just finished that one. Wow. I felt a bit sick during that final minute of push-ups and elevated lunges; my body had had enough by that point. Now for a relaxing Sunday recovering on the sofa! Thanks, Caroline and hope everyone feels a real sense of achievement when they complete this - not least because we're half way through now!

    Man, I thought i was in shape. This program has humbled me. This is the first program that I have stuck to in years. i love that there is only one HIIT day, and the rest are all body building fundamentals. I am seeing serious changes in my body compostion and Im lifting a lot heavier than I ever have. And I'm actually working out less. I can't believe 25 days has flown by. Thank you so much Caroline, for kicking my ass. This has been amazing. Can't wait to see what happens in the next 25 days

    This workout was challenging, but it literally flew by in a minute. I've never done so many jumping lunges with such a fast pace and that's all because the exercises were perfectly selected!! Leg work before push-ups, arm work before lunges ☺️♥️

      @L.S EMOM is a type of HIIT ... with EMOM workouts, you have 1 minute to complete a specific number of exercises (for example 10 hand to floor burpees, 10 shoulder tabs, 10 push ups). The key to this type of workout is to finish your reps before the minute is over. When you've completed your set of reps, you use the remainder of that minute to rest before you move on to your next set of reps. You repeat this cycle for the duration of your workout.
      The slower you are at completing your reps, the less time you'll have to rest.
      Caroline normally does upper body, lower body, abs ... 10 minutes of upper body exercises, 10 min lower body, 10 min abs. You can reduce the number of reps from 10 to 5 or 20 to 10 to get at least 10 to 15 sec of rest. Don't be scared! It sound's challenging but we're sailing in the same boat! EMOM is the most challenging type of HIIT for most of us here!

    I was at 40% and really felt like giving up,push ups and lunge jumps are my greatest enemies, but I remembered “it’s supposed to be hard”. It was hard indeed but what I’m feeling now that I’ve reached the end really pays off. Never give up guys, you can do it!!     The challenge of the week for me is Caroline HIT not that the other exercises won't be a challenge but you can control that by using more or less weights or doing the exercise more or less slow or fast.
    Hit is 30 minutes full throttle without ifs and buts
    Endurance, strength, stability and willpower are the main focus.
    because some jumps were just too fast for my knees, but I wanted to face this challenge I went on my trampoline during the fast jumps and skipped the breaks so that I could get to about the same level, but it was once again a great challenge.
    We know that Caroline gives us more with her videos than we can give back to her.
    Also that she always has an amazing charisma and outfit is not new.
    But today even the bouquet was three-coloured, like the outfit. Caroline really makes an incredible effort not only with the content but also with the presentation.
    Dear Carolin, thank you very much for the first half, which was wonderful again and you show us again and again what we are capable of and what we can achieve.
    And always to those who can't get enough, there is still an AD ON. We can feel appreciated that we have Caroline as our coach.

    WoW halfway already 😳 today was all go. Loved all the pushups and alternated between wide to normal to narrow and diamond to wide, this worked really well and I ensured they were full depth, nose to floor even though I was flying. Then those lunge jumps.....the old heart was pounding... again you have to really concentrate to get that knee low to the floor. Loved the high knees which reminded me I need to sprint again. MAX HR was 161....I really love the pre-workout brief so many good tips and such a good focus for the workout. Happy Sunday everyone.       Hi Anthony....yes isn’t it hard to believe that we are half way through already! I thought if you when I was doing the push ups...and thought how much you’d be enjoying them! I thought this was a good, intense, sweaty traditional HIIT session with a great range of exercises! I enjoyed it! Glad to hear the weather in NI is good! It is just superb here and Rachel and I have just been for a walk! Now I am tired! Long walk yesterday...then HIIT...then another walk! I now intend to have a restful afternoon!     Thank you Caroline for another awesome workout! I have tried other programs, but they are not as challenging and intense as yours. Your workouts keep me motivated and going. Can't wait to do more of them!!!

    I can't believe my endurance improved so much! 😭 Because of CG's workouts and my efforts too ✨
    Did every exercises without pausing! I really challenged myself! ❤️ Those push ups though and that 1 min. Finisher fire!!! 🔥

    Good morning Caroline just finished this. It was awesome and today I first time did alternate lunges with switchover movement .I always little apprehensive about I will hurt myself . It is in my repeat list . Thanks Caroline ❤️

    These workouts have kept me going since July 2020, cant imagine, it has become a lifestyle,thsnk you Caroline! Thank you everyone! Had to say this today! Its what i usually think everytime i finish a workout
