Hi, Matthew... Honestly, this has became my favourite workout of this week! Caroline surpassed herself again and I didn't believe it was even possible. I always say that time flies by, but today time drove by like a formula 1 driver. Literally😁 the flow of the session was brilliant, lots of jumping and sweating, just like we love it. I think that only 20 sec of work and knowing that is no repeat really made me go 120% with every single exercise. Happy that it was stretch as an add-on, really balanced the whole workout. What a fantastic week, Matthew. We have worked hard and I can't believe we are starting week 8 tomorrow. Have a lovely sunday, hope that weather will be nice☀️☀️
Caroline, every time I do one of your workouts, I go into it thinking "I'm worried. It's going to hurt. Am I sure I want to do this?" and I come out of it thinking "that hurt so good and I'm so glad I did it!" You always come up with new exercises to challenge and push us. I appreciate you so much! Hey Caroline, I just want you to know that you've helped someone who's had the roughest year of their life so far. I started this program after going through a horrible breakup of 10 years together back in October and falling into a devastating depression about it, and I vowed from that moment on that I would become stronger and never feel as weak or as low in my self-esteem like that again. I'm happy to share that this program has indeed changed me for the better and I feel so much happier with my confidence, mood, and especially strength since then. This is the first cardio workout of this series that I truly felt powerful, could keep up with you entirely without breaks, and had more energy and stamina than I've ever felt in my life. WOW only Caroline could get 60 exercises in 30 mins at full speed out of a 57 year old. HR was at MAX 162 and 270 cals torched. Feeling EPiC and like I'm 25 again (until I saw myself in the mirror 🤣) Super Start to Sunday. Big shout out to all the over 50s smashing this 🥰

I won’t lie, checking the list of exercises beforehand got me scared. BUT the fact that it was tabata made time fly indeed! 🔥 my legs were in pain in that first section because I did the full body yesterday instead of Friday so yeah that wasn’t all that fun, but I’m proud of my endurance today! 🥳 enjoy your Sunday everyone!!

Just finished with the workout - 20 seconds felt like 40 & 10 seconds felt like 5…I had only 10 seconds to decide either to drink water, to wipe the sweat off or get back in action. The time flew by so quickly…Caroline was right about not having much time to look at the percentage bar but forgot to mention that the water bottle would also be the same. I had to run to get my mat during the abs section, haaha 🤣 but I loved it…full of EXTREME variety!! Thanks Caroline 🧡

No repeat tabata really one of my favourite format, but at the end I felt so exhausted. One leg Burpees and crab exercises are still my weak ones, but I am mastering them as I can. Thank you, Caroline.

Last week has been really amazing and intense and now we're heading towards the finish line! I'm so happy everyday and enthusiastic as well despite the hell amount of pressure of studies which will continue till April.. so proud so grateful Happy Tabata everyone!! Edit: haven't seen those static lunge jumps and curtesy jumps in a while so it should be.. fun😂 Edit 2: I'll do this workout on my rest day and do the hiit day 25 instead tomorrow as I couldn't do it earlier due to back issues ..

Even though there was 10 seconds rest between each exercise it still felt like I was going non-stop! So good. I felt like a beast doing this and felt like a million bucks when I finished. Thank you Caroline for giving me confidence I have never felt before. 💪🎉

Caroline You are a gift for this world 🙌 Just the work you put in to create a flow through the workout. 👍❗ Hard to believe, outside the temperatures are close to freezing point and in here I am sweating. 💧 I liked the driving music, I always call it push music, which gave me a nice boost of motivation. Really like the no-repeat when it comes to HIIT. My knees aren’t too happy with jumping so my own modifications kept me going. Thank you for a great program, Caroline.
I absolutely loved this workout since Tabata Hiit is one of my favourite workouts. During the first minutes I thought I was no able to finish as my heart pulsed so fast but as always I don't gave up and continued. What a satisfaction !!!At the end I was so proud of myself and so happy!!

It was truly a perfect one, Caroline! Luckily, I haven't read the list of exercises planned to the very end - those finishing tuck burpees would kill me in my mind 😅 Without that knowledge, it has just flown by, and I mastered those tucks like I have been practicing for the entire week! This is my Thursday workout as I missed it on Sunday due to travel. It looks amazing and very intense. So expertly put together by Caroline everything flows. 20 sec's of work is surely doable even for me who usually finds cardio quite hard 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏. Time to rise and smile 😊👍👋

I've been working out with Caroline for almost 14 months and I so used to hiit now that even when I tired and don't feel like exercising, my body still able to perform all the movements with good speed and without stopping. Hi, Matthew... Honestly, this has became my favourite workout of this week! Caroline surpassed herself again and I didn't believe it was even possible. I always say that time flies by, but today time drove by like a formula 1 driver. Literally😁 the flow of the session was brilliant, lots of jumping and sweating, just like we love it. I think that only 20 sec of work and knowing that is no repeat really made me go 120% with every single exercise. Happy that it was stretch as an add-on, really balanced the whole workout.
What a fantastic week, Matthew. We have worked hard and I can't believe we are starting week 8 tomorrow.

Hey Caroline, I just want you to know that you've helped someone who's had the roughest year of their life so far. I started this program after going through a horrible breakup of 10 years together back in October and falling into a devastating depression about it, and I vowed from that moment on that I would become stronger and never feel as weak or as low in my self-esteem like that again. I'm happy to share that this program has indeed changed me for the better and I feel so much happier with my confidence, mood, and especially strength since then. This is the first cardio workout of this series that I truly felt powerful, could keep up with you entirely without breaks, and had more energy and stamina than I've ever felt in my life. I did every push up you did, every burpee variant, everything. And I couldn't have gotten through what happened if it weren't for you. Just finished with the workout -
20 seconds felt like 40 & 10 seconds felt like 5…I had only 10 seconds to decide either to drink water, to wipe the sweat off or get back in action. The time flew by so quickly…Caroline was right about not having much time to look at the percentage bar but forgot to mention that the water bottle would also be the same. I had to run to get my mat during the abs section, haaha 🤣 but I loved it…full of EXTREME variety!! Thanks Caroline 🧡

I absolutely loved this workout since Tabata Hiit is one of my favourite workouts.
During the first minutes I thought I was no able to finish as my heart pulsed so fast but as always I don't gave up and continued.

It was truly a perfect one, Caroline! Luckily, I haven't read the list of exercises planned to the very end - those finishing tuck burpees would kill me in my mind 😅 Without that knowledge, it has just flown by, and I mastered those tucks like I have been practicing for the entire week! Yes, I'm done, but preparing for some abs.

This is my Thursday workout as I missed it on Sunday due to travel. It looks amazing and very intense. So expertly put together by Caroline everything flows. 20 sec's of work is surely doable even for me who usually finds cardio quite hard 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏. Time to rise and smile 😊👍👋

I've been working out with Caroline for almost 14 months and I so used to hiit now that even when I tired and don't feel like exercising, my body still able to perform all the movements with good speed and without stopping.
It was tough. I feel wonderful after and happy to be alive.

I love coming back to this one when I need a quick cardio burst before a long day of lifting at a food share! This workout is so well thought out and created. You are not given enough credit!
This is best because it's a combination of both high and low impact but since only 20 seconds of work I can give my all to it..I love Tabata HIIT and thanks Caroline for this one...This is going to b a great session ❤️
