This is meant for low intensity cardio so any jumps, land softly. The pace should be sustainable with heart rate elevated but you aren’t out of breath.... think of a steady, slow paced run!

This is different from HIIT, you need rest in HIIT! Try to go at pace that suits you. Slow it down when needed!

Tried this for the first time. I was looking to add more cardio into my workout routine. Baybeee this is not for the faint of heart. I took hella breaks. Anyone who finishes this all the way through is a beast. Thank u Caroline!

For the past 2 weeks I had to stop at the 16 minute mark, today was the first time I made it through the whole workout, but still on some exercises my muscles just gave up, especially at the end when 3 core exercises came up right after eachother.

Today I'm 17 and I've just done this workout. I love how this helps my digestion, helps me calm down, relieve my stress, anxiety and panic as I live in Ukraine. It's amazing how I'm able to move easier now when we learn our last dance for graduation. Totally worth to do it. Thank you for this video, have a good day😊

@@ItsJustTech As I live at the West of Ukraine there isn't much danger, but there were times when missiles hit in my little town and we used to live with couples of hours of electricity a day for months after that. Sadly, my relatives live in occupation, so their home is half destroyed and my father serves right now I'm very scared for him. I wish russians wouldn't attack us. I hate them so much

Caroline is a genius! It's only her 30 minutes cardio that is possible without a rest for the mere fact that it is not just jumping. Every part of the body is incorporated through strength and lighter exercises help release some amount.

I suffer from chronic stress and severe anxiety, I am getting better but I wanted to push it faster...to burn the adrenaline..I succeeded 15 min...as a beginner who haven't exercised for so long its freaking awesome how I managed...seems the adrenaline is way too high for my liking. I didn’t got tired easily. Lol ❤️
Cardio isn't neccessarily the best if you are having adrenaline problems related to anxiety and stress. They generally recommend low intensity steady state cardio (LISS) like walking and also weightlifting for adrenal fatigue.
If anyone reads this after all this time, low steady is not recommended for anxiery, High intensity is best. Do correct research before giving medical advices
I've been doing these workouts for 10 weeks now, my muscles have grown, I have muscles now where I didn't even know I had, my stamina has improved, I get complimented left-right-centre how good I am looking, all thanks to Caroline's videos. My goal was to grow muscle, improve fitness, stave off menopause, achieved all, and I had no idea I was going to enjoy it this much. Thank you, you're the best!

I absolutely love Caroline she's by far my favourite on you tube. I'm a single mum who works and has a mortgage to pay so a gym membership is out the question. I sometimes find it hard to self motivate at home but honestly all of Caroline's workouts are fantastic. She's so smiley and encouraging without talking all the way through it and her soundtracks are the best. I'm mixing her cardio workouts with kettlebell ones and I've honestly got muscle definition for the first time I'm so happy!! Look no further, Caroline Girvan is all you need, she's a queen!! 👑 💖

I got through 35% by taking breaks between practically every set and loved every minute of it. I like the idea of a routine I can attempt to master over time. My cardio is really not there but I'm working on it! Great routine, great video and you have lungs of steel!
EDIT: I quickly switched to one of your low impact routines, which I've been doing for the past 4 months, making massive improvements. So, now I'm back, with a very solid base to work on this one. Thank you!

Best cardio workout I’ve done. I feel it in every fiber of my body. I’m currently working on consistency and showing up for myself everyday for at least 30mins and I’m trying to feel my best self, you helped do that today. Best workout!

it's my 3rd time returning to this workout and it is AMAZING! It has alll the calisthenic and functional moves and it activates the entire body, what a fantastic workout.

Thanks for a great cardio workout. Loved that you added in some abs at the end, as many cardio workouts forget to do this. 219 cal with accurate heart monitor, 57kg and 168cm. For other people's reference and definitely sweated.
No way it's just 220 kcal! Jogging for 30 mins loses more cals than this.

When I first saw this a year ago I started doing them each day daily, and when I first did cardio exercises it was hella hard. But I pushed to the limits and as time went on I now started getting muscles, losing fat and now this is my daily workout.
I started this workout 9 days ago and I had to take at least 5 breaks on day 1. It’s day 9 and I only take a 2 minute break at 50%! Can already see so much definition in my arm muscles, thanks Caroline!

Cardio is my least fav, but because of how you and your EPIC program changed my feelings towards fitness, I actively seek to do your cardio videos on my rest days. It's incredible how much you've changed me mentally and physically. I am so grateful. Thank you Caroline

Day 1: I could last 5 minutes 😂
Day 2: had a breakdown at minute 4. I had to rest before I could continue (I’m so out of shape!). Lasted 9 minutes in total😅
Day 3: lasted 11 minutes before my big break. Lasted 14 minutes in total. Almost half way there. 😪
Day 4: resting 😊
Day 5: same as day 3. 11 minutes before break. Lasted 14 minutes in total.
Day 6: lasted 13 minutes. Break. Lated 16 minutes in total 😅
Day 7: lasted 15 minutes. Small break. Lasted 20 minutes.
I'm going to try this today

This is a knock out for me, I literally have to pause often on the last 10 mins of the workout. Love it!!
Whenever I'm feeling stressed and need to just let go and unwind I find myself coming back to this workout. I'm usually a runner so this prolonged cardio is perfect for when It's too cold outside (hello from Canada) to go for my regular jogs. I still haven't been able to make it through the whole 45 seconds of jumping lunges though, woah those are killer.

This was a great start for my active rest day! I do sport very early in the morning and never felt comfortable to run outside in the dark fields and woods. I could do indoor cycling, but for me it's boring. So cool, to have these opportunities for my cardio! Thank you Caroline! Have a lovely day everyone!
Never underestimate body weight workouts. They are killer especially when there is no breaks. But I'm glad to see that CG got tired too and took short breaks before she started the next move. I'm glad I finished. I wanted to stop sometimes especially because of the soreness from earlier CG workouts in the weeks ,but I pushed through💪 definitely have some water handy

Yesterday I did 15 minutes of another program.
The day before I did 0% because I was in the hospital.
I'm not going back. Two days of 50% is better than 100 days of 0%>. It's the start of a new habit.

WOAH, This was a dynamite workout! As an almost 70 year old, I was able to do most of the exercises and those that were too hard on my right shoulder and wrist, I simply modified them - Thank you for a sweaty-good time!!
I started doing this workout and doing a calorie deficit and making better food choices. I have lost 40 lbs since February!!! I fell off for a little but trying to get back into the groove of things. Wish me luck!

Again, redoing a bunch of "liked" workouts from eons ago and totally just as awesome! It's OG CG with the old set, the more basic timer, but the sweat quotient was still through the roof! Obsessed with this as my post partum workout. I was walking a ton when my son was born and he was in the hospital for 6 weeks. I was sometimes getting 20k steps a day and could not get rid of that little pooch. When he finally came home and I couldn’t get out for a morning walk I replaced it with this video and in one week my pre baby tummy was back! I’ve also improved my balance and technique by doing this daily and I still walk in the afternoon for those benefits without driving myself crazy.

Full body burning workout for men and women , i am very happy with this workout 💪 🙌
My main discipline is parkour, and I love this workout. A lot of the moves are familiar from warm-up and conditioning sessions at parkour classes. Things like burpees, drop squats, push-up sprawls, and a bunch of the other exercises are great for building strength and endurance for big jumps and vaults. Thanks for putting this together!

this workout ain’t for the weak.. i wanted to try a new cardio video and came across this one.. and let me tell ya’ll, i was about to cry, my heart was crying fr.. dripping.. amazing workout overall! it woke me up to start my day.
