    What a fab wee surprise for a Saturday Afternoon. I have been looking for something to up the cardio for these cold winter nights.....this is it. Great sets that keep full on work for the 30mins and keep the heart rate up my average was 138 and my calorie burn was 310. Great for rest days or for me in the evenings after an EPIC workout earlier in the day. Thanks Caroline 😊 just what I needed. See you tomorrow.

      @@samanthamilner4486 Yea I will do this a few times a week good burner and stretcher as well. The Hamstrings are ready to be murdered tomorrow by Sunday HIIT 🤣🤣🤣 I would expect. Hope all is well on your island paradise, with white sands, blue atlantic waters warm sunny days and balmy evenings 😎

      @@matthewalmond4688 yes great workout, I really enjoyed it but its not easy. It definitely will be repeated a few times this week I would say. I need to up my Cardio as we approach the last weeks, get the definition improved and see if I can get at least four of the sixpack showing. I'm on a mission Matthew, so see you tomorrow. Anthony

    Nearly 5 months ago, my lungs and heart threatened to explode as I did this workout for the first time. Today I did it for the 60th time, and totally rocked it. I think I'm about ready for one of your "regular" workouts now. Thank you!

      Definitely just tried this for my first time, made it 80% (if I’m rounding up) before needing to tap out. Excited to see the end, but for now I’ll be a sweaty mess on the floor.

      @@bindumathew4948 I actually lost the weight through a moderate calorie restriction diet before I really started working out, though this type of workout definitely gives my metabolism a boost.

    guys, keep this in mind when doing this or any other workout from a coach or ppl with experience in this.
    they are used to this and they can do it fast, if you're a beginner like me, do it at your own pace and take breaks in between if you need. we'll get used to this but we have to be patient and persistent and never give up.

      Great advice. I am 70 and do modifications all over the place. I only do 10 minutes at a time, with less repetitions because I am slower, and for the ones that alternate between standing upright and going down on the floor I just stay on the floor with one movement only, like push ups or leg kicks.

    Do not let the “low impact” in the title fool you! You are STILL gonna sweat your ass off and your heart rate WILL go up! Just found you a couple days ago and I have not been disappointed!! Heading over to Instagram to follow you right now!!!

      "low impact" = no jumping, jogging, etc. Still pretty rough with the lunges and prone exercises...

      Caroline is amazing. I'm taking a break 18 minutes in because my heart and sweat glands aren't so sure about the low impact thing. But I know tomorrow, all body parts will be in agreement that this was an awesome workout. Next time I'll aim for less pause breaks🙂

    THANK YOU, CAROLINE! IDID IT! FINALLY 😂
    I started this bc my doctor recommended 150 min of moderate intensity or 75 min high intensity a week to lower my cholesterol levels w/ diet. I started these Tuesday. Today is my 2nd day. I tried 15 min of the high intensity workout, and I tapped out. I tried this one, I did it at my own pace - I can't do full push-ups and I'm still tackling some balance issues. I'm really proud of myself and glad I made it to the end.
    That stretch cool down flow is 👨🏻‍🍳😘.

    Attention asthmatics: you will not be able to talk thru this BUT you will be able to do the whole workout without stopping to catch your breath. And that my friends is a win for us lung impaired folk.

      I always laugh when she says 'talk throughout'. Not happening 😂 But I have found that using my inhaler at the right time(before the workout, not when I start wheezing) makes all the difference in the world. So much so, I've started jogging, which is something I never thought I could do before.

    Make no mistake this will make you sweat. Did it for the first time today. Couldn't do it continuously, took breaks but finished in a little over an hour. I am spent but feel so proud and rewarded. Looking forward to making improvements in my body by doing this consistently. Thank you Caroline! ♥♥

    Make sure to maintain a steady pace... your heart rate should be up but not maximum and you should be able to talk throughout! 🤩

      I not knowing to resist to not doing this .I have time at job ,,cut time ,,and i wanted knowing how is this cardio !.And i sweated for my its not low cardio🥵💗💦because i feel so high after ,special my waist i feeling so working now but all muscle grup moving that for sure i do other time Thanl you🤩😍

    Okay, this workout is amazing. I've never been a big fan of HIIT workouts. You really are getting in good exercise with this video. I burned 121 active calories and my average heart rate throughout was 150BPM. And that was only in 15 minutes! Going to keep doing this everyday/every other day.

    Loved this so much Caroline! Perfect for my active rest day!! Funny how the cardio workouts used to kill and scare me. Now I love them and look forward to trying them out. Just shows how far my cardiovascular endurance has come. Lots of fun here with some challenging moves.

    Perfect. I strained a calf and have been waiting very impatiently for it to heal enough to work my legs. This is just the right medicine. Im 60 and in very good condition. I found Caroline a few weeks ago, because I injured the calf, and now have done about ten different videos of her's. I think I'll drop my usual routines and just go through either the epic or iron series. What a gem Caroline is!

    First cardio after c section postpartum. I stoppped at 17 mins and was out of breath 😆 i can tell that theres a long way I need to go and im ok with it. Tomorrow im doing it again as long as i can. 🎉

    This morning, went for my Saturday morning run as usual. Then I usually do an abs workout. But this morning SURPRISE 🎉!!! So I just do it. You are so dedicated Caroline.     I've been off work since Oct 2023, gained almost 25 lbs!! I have a wedding in August so I'm really pushing to get back into shape!
    I did a hiit last week but it left me incapable of walking for 3 days, so I decided something a little less extreme to get it going... and boy was I fooled... 80% in I was tapped, tried to push, got to 90% and now I'm dry heaving and can barely move... I love it!!
    Definitely found a new workout buddy!! Thanks and keep up the great work!!

    I absolutely adore this LISS cardio for active rest days and days when the weather makes going outside for a long walk distinctly unappealing. The no-jumping aspect is great too now that more people are working from home and don't want to be disturbed by the repetitive thumping of regular cardio 😆👍 Another brilliant workout from RUclips's best fitness trainer!     This is my second time doing this workout, and even though I remember it being challenging last time; I was once again humbled.
    I really like the combination of exercises and I did take rests as and when needed.

    Thank you thank you thank you. Was looking for low impact but very high heart rate. This is the closest I found so far. Got my heart rate up to 145 briefly by doing this.

    Second time this week. Don't let the low impact fool you, this will activate those muscles and you'll be drenched in sweat by the end. However this workout is so unique in a way that while it kicks your butt during - when it ends it makes you want to go a second round. My average heart rate was 140 and burned 294 calories according to my watch. Can't put a number on how amazing you will feel after! Thank you Caroline, we are lucky to have you!

    Amazing ! This is PERFECTLY what I needed (I always do a low impact cardio after leg WO to let the blood flow and to flush lactic acid out of my muscles) ! This one will be one of my favs, the moves are so uplifting, I could stop smiling 😀 more more more like this one please🤩🤩🤩🤩

    If this is what it feels (catching my breath and dying) like doing your low impact exercises, I can already see myself lying on the mat while I take longer to catch my breath doing your high intensity exercises.       ✅ 11/15 - Here after day 40 DB HIIT. 150 max HR, 130 avg HR. The endorphins release I get from your Sunday HIITs always give me the second wind to do another workout. I appreciate you so much, Caroline! 💯

    I totally love this workout.. I did epic #31 this morning and just finished this, this afternoon - it compliments the EPIC programme so well and just gives you that bit of additional calorie burn. I’m going to do this numerous times during the week.. thank you Caroline you have it spot on 👌🏻

    First workout by this trainer and she knocked my socks off. It a hard one for a low impact and I'm not new to working out. Been doing it for six years. I will come back to her again!

      I certainly got a sweat up as there no rests in between..
      Some of the moves I really had to focus on engaging my core more as
      Like those knee up ones, I really wanted to jump..

    As a PT who sometimes doesn’t like to keep looking at my timer and paper and wanting something to easily follow along to on rest days - this was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL and borderline meditative. Thank you so much for this beautiful workout and presentation and energy!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Hi Caroline! I’m new to your channel! Where have you been all these years 🤩. I’m a 55 yo gal, 5 foot and 2 inches tall, weighs 112 lbs. Five years ago I have decided I wanted to “look good” once I turned the BIG 5.0!!! Hired a wonderful PT and it has been a crazy amazing journey!! Career, Family and Business came first BUT I found out ITS NEVER TOO LATE WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING AND HARD WORK! ❤️❤️❤️

    I only came across your page just last night. My girlfriend and I did your 20 minute glute workout and BOY DO I FEEL IT !!! Im so used to the gyms but now with Covid I haven't felt safe enough to go back, even though they are open where I live. Been feeling pretty down about the weight I've gained and muscle I've lost.     Hi Caroline, love this Low Impact Steady State, LISS, I find that high impact doesn't like me as I'm aging. Please give us more of these , I can keep up and get a fantastic work out. I love you , you are an inspiration to me and many others. BTW I'm 54 years young and feeling and looking EPIC !!! Keep up the good work. Blessings

    I WAS FOOLED BY THE "LOW IMPACT" PART 😂😂😂😂 I'm used to doing Caroline's weight videos and HIIT, so I thought this would resemble the aerobics Video Cassettes my grandma had when I was growing up... HAHAHA not even close. I sweat my ass off. Thanks Caroline 😂💓

    Woo! I subbed this in for a HIIT replacement and this was still a really good workout and it was a fun change up. It was nice to move all of my body parts around in one workout if that makes any sense😂 I felt like I got a good cardio workout and a good stretch of everything too while I was at it. I start to feel stiff or blocky from just lifting for most workouts and this helped to loosen me up👍

    Hi Ms. Caroline Girvan.. such a great workout this summer here in the Philippines. The extreme heat makes me get tired of doing anything but this video is pushing me. Truth is, I've done this for about 3 times now for the past 2 weeks but I still haven't finished the whole video (I can't do past 50% during my first 2, on the 3rd time I was able to do up to 70%). Thank you so much!

    Just got clear to do low impact cardio. This is an awesome workout. Still had to modify where it was a bit difficult. My husband worked out along and we motivate each other.

    Did the full thing the first time but with lesser reps, lower range of motion and 3-4 few seconds breaks. I powerlift but will add this 30 min cardio per week.
    The beauty of this workout is that almost anyone can do it without the need for being extra flexible or lean. I could feel intensity go up and down helping me reach 100%.

    It’s crazy that this is my first workout of her so I went for low impact, ‘cause I just finished a pilates, and I thought it was gonna be a bit easy (‘cause I also heard her workouts are more for intermediate-advanced) but I was fooled! But I assure you this ain’t gonna be the last 🤜🏼

      Roughly 3 mins.
      I find it hard to replicate the moves first time so i pause the video to replicate them first, got through the first three exercises.
      The hardest for me out ot the three would be the start, my limb coordination sucks.

    Caroline, I was just thinking to myself yesterday, that "I want to do the stuff I absolutely hate. The stuff that's hard. I don't want to do easy. There's no growth in easy. ". And you know, in the most loving kind of way, of course your name popped up. Your workouts are killer.
