I loved this one! I have to admit, by the end I was almost crying, and my 3 year old started encouraging me with, “You can do it! You can do it!” I love that my kids enjoy watching Caroline’s workouts, and even more, they get to watch me struggle with something and keep going and get stronger over time.
Tabata has always been my favorite type of HIIT... I love the fast pace and the shorter intervals are not to be underestimated! Week 2 of EPIC Endgame has been amazing, thank you Caroline!

This was the hardest one so far. I can’t do one handed Sprawls so I did 50 normal sprawls und 50 burpees instead. I am ☠️ right now. But never felt so good and strong before in my entire life. The first two weeks of epic endgame changed so much in my life! Thank you Caroline ♡

Impossible to feel anything but 🎉EPIC🎉 after completing that finisher!! I looked ahead at the description and thought "not sure I can make that happen", but even though I could only go at half Caroline's pace, I did it! I'm loving these 100 rep finishers, each one feels like an accomplishment, and it's such a great way to get more familiar with a movement. EPIC Endgame is really showing me that I'm capable of more than I realized, so thank you Caroline! P.S. i think at the end of Endgame we're going to need some new EPIC merch with 💯 featured somewhere prominent on it to commemorate all these killer finishers. Who's with me?

I had a friend of mine join me for the workout today & I’m telling you, we both were dead after that finisher. Mentally we knew it’s only 20 seconds of work so we really pushed ourselves and during the abs section, I was literally running to grab my mat 😆 That was such a fun filled sweaty session!! Normally Im guilty of skipping the Sunday cardio workout since I cant get myself to push completely through. But this one was perfect. I really like the Tabata timer 20/10 then I can really give a 100% and cant think of stopping halfway. Thank you for this one it was fun and the time went fast! Morning Matthew preferred today that last Sun even though I was under pressure for a lot of it esp the finisher🤮🤮 as you said it is superbly varied and formatted. The one arms sprawls I did as two armed the whole way through and even then I had to pause the video at the end to finish after Caroline. She really is a super woman. I have just done the ab add on too while waiting for it to get bright then will head out for jog. Have a great day and see you in the morning for wk 3 already😱

Caroline, this was BY FAR the most technical Tabata I've ever done! So very challenging! I'm not sure if there are tears or sweat dripping down my face right now. Probably both. Every workout you give us is a gift, and Im forever thankful
This was the hardest video until now. But I didn't quit. Instead preferred the lower impacts which also made me feel all the moves just fine. Thank you very much Caroline ❤❤❤

I can say that this was one of my favourite Tabata sessions of all time! The selection of exercises was just superb. I love the functionality of moves, their fluidity and how amazingly complementary they were. The finisher was once again brilliant - loved the combination of alternating hands and then full sprawls, it helped breaking down the monotony of 100 reps. Week 2 was fantastic , I love that it included so many elements from previous epic programmes. I am excited for week 3!

@@matthewalmond8274 Well, Caroline is a machine! I could keep up with her during alternating hand sprawls but during the last 50 she beat me for 5 repetition. So I needed extra 20 sec to complete it after the bip. It is just important to have in mind that this is us versus us race, so sometimes we are faster and sometimes we are slower. At the end of the day consistency is the key!

My gosh, this was INTENSE! My heart is still beating and my fingers are shaking, I can literally hear my heart pumping up to my head! Especially that finisher... I'll work my way up to this hellish finisher sometime soon I hope 🤣 This was brutal defo need to work on my cardio again cause I struggled a lot and felt weak doing the sprawls I didn't even finish because I just couldn't. But I showed up and tried my best and that's what matters ! 💪

I've done all EPIC programs and this HIIT is my favorite. The timing of 20 seconds of HIIT and 10 seconds rest was the perfect pace for me to work my absolute hardest. Caroline, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

That was super tough. 20 seconds doesn't sound long, but seems forever when your HR is Hugh and your muscles are burning. Loved that led down explode move (can't remember the exact name) harder than it looks and felt like a full body move. Enjoyed, but glad it's done. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really like the Tabata timer 20/10 then I can really give a 100% and cant think of stopping halfway. Thank you for this one it was fun and the time went fast! Morning Matthew preferred today that last Sun even though I was under pressure for a lot of it esp the finisher🤮🤮 as you said it is superbly varied and formatted. The one arms sprawls I did as two armed the whole way through and even then I had to pause the video at the end to finish after Caroline. She really is a super woman. I have just done the ab add on too while waiting for it to get bright then will head out for jog. Have a great day and see you in the morning for wk 3 already😱

Caroline, this was BY FAR the most technical Tabata I've ever done! So very challenging! I'm not sure if there are tears or sweat dripping down my face right now. Probably both. Every workout you give us is a gift, and Im forever thankful
This was the hardest video until now. But I didn't quit. Instead preferred the lower impacts which also made me feel all the moves just fine. Thank you very much Caroline ❤❤❤

I can say that this was one of my favourite Tabata sessions of all time! The selection of exercises was just superb. I love the functionality of moves, their fluidity and how amazingly complementary they were. The finisher was once again brilliant - loved the combination of alternating hands and then full sprawls, it helped breaking down the monotony of 100 reps. Week 2 was fantastic , I love that it included so many elements from previous epic programmes. I am excited for week 3!

@@matthewalmond8274 Well, Caroline is a machine! I could keep up with her during alternating hand sprawls but during the last 50 she beat me for 5 repetition. So I needed extra 20 sec to complete it after the bip. It is just important to have in mind that this is us versus us race, so sometimes we are faster and sometimes we are slower. At the end of the day consistency is the key!

I've done all EPIC programs and this HIIT is my favorite. The timing of 20 seconds of HIIT and 10 seconds rest was the perfect pace for me to work my absolute hardest. Caroline, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

Just bought some 10kg weights as I started on 5kg and can not beleave you push 15kg whiteout a sweat in some of your videos . Keep up the good work. Love the videos.

That was super tough. 20 seconds doesn't sound long, but seems forever when your HR is Hugh and your muscles are burning. Loved that led down explode move (can't remember the exact name) harder than it looks and felt like a full body move. Enjoyed, but glad it's done. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
