I completed today's workout with 25 lb and 15 lb. The staple, pullovers Renegade rows, and the entire bicep section pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Lived the challenge and the bicep burn!!
This is the most difficult back workout in the chanel by far. Using the same weights as Caroline is a blast. Thanks Caroline to push us to our limits. You are the best

Solid workout! My lats and biceps were exhausted by the end and I could feel the soreness from yesterday as well!😆 That was a lot of fun!! The staple was perfect. I loved the landmine. Really enjoyed the deadstop rows, pullovers and renegades as well. I loved the different tempos and holds. The renegade rows portion was pure 🔥!! Such an awesome exercise with great variations. The bicep portion was superb as well. I really needed those cheat curls when they came up!!😅 My poor weakling left arm haha..it's coming along tho! Thanks for another awesome day Caroline. I'm sure to feel this tomorrow. See you then!😁

I loved the staple tho! 😆 Those no touch renegade rows were something else ... what a burner! 😳🔥🔥🔥😆 As Caroline aptly said we finished with the fun stuff ... the biceps part was amazing. I'm still feeling the effects! 💪🏻😅 Same here ... my weakling left arm! 🤣🤣🤣 There is still a lot of unilateral work to be done! 😉 That's us done with day 26! Time to look forward to the next workout! Hello ... I hope your weekend was great! I'm am happy to workout my biceps today. Need to build that 💪muscle of mine. I was kidding with my husband yesterday, saying to him not to mess with me, I've been lifting 20lbs. Of course he got a huge laugh out of it 😆... 20lbs is all I can do for now...with that too I struggle, but I am getting stronger! I loved week 5! I am ready for week 6, whatever CG has install for us. Have a great week!
Getting back on track! Last 2 weeks I was so busy with my college admissions and all. Finally, now I am a freshman will start going after 20 days so I had to make a routine that I can follow. I completed the workout, loved it. Thanks CG

I used to cycle a lot...but now it’s walking and running...but I find Caroline’s workouts help me so much with both. I’m sure it’s the same for you with cycling! What a great 5 weeks we've had! This one looks hard for sure. Planning to start heavy and maybe drop the weights midway on the back portion. My biceps are still a little sore from last week. Wishing everyone great work and hope you all have a fantastic week ahead
Hi Shruthi...this workout is hard...but the time flies by! I only have 8 kg weights with me at the moment so I just used those! I guess this made the start a bit easier...but the biceps were tough and I just loved that part of the workout! I’m sure you’ll have a great session and hope you have a lovely day afterwards! Matthew

Today is Thanksgiving day in Canada. So this year i am so grateful for our exceptionnal trainer Caroline. You have been and still are such a great inspiration for me. I've had a very difficult last year but i never gave up, showing up for every workout, sometimes crying my way through but always fignting to the end. I am also very greatful for this motivating community. Caroline, you are wonderfull. Thank you! By the way, this workout was very intense but very enjoyable.

@@dhamodharanmanickam1373 Hi Dhamodharan...I think you should do what you enjoy! I mix Caroline’s workouts with walking, running and sprinting because that’s what I enjoy! If your sole aim is building large muscles then it’s probably best not to do so much cardio. For me fitness is a more all round thing...so I shall continue with my cardio which I enjoy! In the end I think it’s up to you. If you enjoy cardio work then I would do it! Hope this helps! Matthew

You don't make everything look so simple like most. Also, you keep the videos about the work. No endless chit chat about whatever. It's super easy for a beginner to follow. I LOVE your channel and you made a fan for life. I hope to look half as good as you.
Still running through these Epics almost daily and they are so useful as I have not resumed "on-site" gym for 2 years now! This one is so challenging even with slightly lower weights than Caroline's... Looking forward to the rest of these Epics. jean-Francois

Recently my mother said I can't exercise for 2 weeks because of my eating disorder and I really really like working with you your my favorite person to workout to. You helped me look so muscular I've never thought I would look like this it been a almost a year and I'm just scared I will lose everything. Thank you for making workouts!❤
This is my preferred way to train (push/pull/legs) so I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I used such an array of weights today, starting off heavy and lowering as form failed. Excellent start to the week.
Discovered Caroline's channel just a couple of days before Epic III began and decided to give it a go with everyone to stay motivated. Can't believe I'm still here 5 weeks later, 26 workouts down and asking for more pain..😅 Thanks for the great workouts Caroline and thanks for the motivation everyone!!! 🤩 Ps: First time of my life doing upper body focused workouts but dedicated this time... Real torture ! even if I'm using much lighter weights. Can't believe those are a lot of you guys favorites. I dread them but go with the flow and do my max. Hopefully I'll be able to do the whole program with heavier weights in a few month🤞🏾💪🏾

This was really hard, but I brought in my heaviest weight for some of the rows (not the Renegades yet, my form still needs a bit of work), and I did 10 reps of 3 bicep curl variations with 3kg afterwards because I just wanted a little bit of extra burn. It was a very efficient and challenging workout and I'm excited by how my form and confidence have improved in so many of the movements. Thanks a mill, C! Much love from South Africa

Well done! 🌟💪🏻🌟🤩 You're right ... at least the legs got some rest! 😉 Those renegade rows are very challenging but so effective ... they utilize full body engagement. It takes all of the benefits of doing a plank (core) and adds an upper body component = rowing (pulling). That will do wonders for enganging the shoulders, triceps, biceps and back! Let's be thankful for those renegade rows! 💪🏻😆🤣🤣🤣

Solid workout! My lats and biceps were exhausted by the end and I could feel the soreness from yesterday as well!😆 That was a lot of fun!! The staple was perfect. I loved the landmine. Really enjoyed the deadstop rows, pullovers and renegades as well. I loved the different tempos and holds. The renegade rows portion was pure 🔥!! Such an awesome exercise with great variations. The bicep portion was superb as well. I really needed those cheat curls when they came up!!😅 My poor weakling left arm haha..it's coming along tho! Thanks for another awesome day Caroline. I'm sure to feel this tomorrow. See you then!😁

I too felt my legs from yesterday's HIIT session, esp when I did those bent over rows! I loved the staple tho! 😆 Those no touch renegade rows were something else ... what a burner! 😳🔥🔥🔥😆 As Caroline aptly said we finished with the fun stuff ... the biceps part was amazing. I'm still feeling the effects! 💪🏻😅 Same here ... my weakling left arm! 🤣🤣🤣 There is still a lot of unilateral work to be done! 😉

Hello ... I hope your weekend was great! I'm am happy to workout my biceps today. Need to build that 💪muscle of mine. I was kidding with my husband yesterday, saying to him not to mess with me, I've been lifting 20lbs. Of course he got a huge laugh out of it 😆... 20lbs is all I can do for now...with that too I struggle, but I am getting stronger! I loved week 5! I am ready for week 6, whatever CG has install for us. Have a great week!

I used to cycle a lot...but now it’s walking and running...but I find Caroline’s workouts help me so much with both. I’m sure it’s the same for you with cycling! Hi Shruthi...this workout is hard...but the time flies by! I only have 8 kg weights with me at the moment so I just used those! I guess this made the start a bit easier...but the biceps were tough and I just loved that part of the workout! I’m sure you’ll have a great session and hope you have a lovely day afterwards! Matthew

Today is Thanksgiving day in Canada. So this year i am so grateful for our exceptionnal trainer Caroline. You have been and still are such a great inspiration for me. I've had a very difficult last year but i never gave up, showing up for every workout, sometimes crying my way through but always fignting to the end. I am also very greatful for this motivating community. Caroline, you are wonderfull. Thank you! By the way, this workout was very intense but very enjoyable.

@@dhamodharanmanickam1373 Hi Dhamodharan...I think you should do what you enjoy! I mix Caroline’s workouts with walking, running and sprinting because that’s what I enjoy! If your sole aim is building large muscles then it’s probably best not to do so much cardio. For me fitness is a more all round thing...so I shall continue with my cardio which I enjoy! In the end I think it’s up to you. If you enjoy cardio work then I would do it! Hope this helps! Matthew

Hi Caroline...I just started on your RUclips channel and I want to compliment you on a few things. Firstly...I love how you show your "realness" . When you are struggling...you show it. You don't make everything look so simple like most. Also, you keep the videos about the work. No endless chit chat about whatever. It's super easy for a beginner to follow. This is my preferred way to train (push/pull/legs) so I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I used such an array of weights today, starting off heavy and lowering as form failed. Excellent start to the week.

Ps: First time of my life doing upper body focused workouts but dedicated this time... Real torture ! even if I'm using much lighter weights. Can't believe those are a lot of you guys favorites. This was really hard, but I brought in my heaviest weight for some of the rows (not the Renegades yet, my form still needs a bit of work), and I did 10 reps of 3 bicep curl variations with 3kg afterwards because I just wanted a little bit of extra burn.
It was a very efficient and challenging workout and I'm excited by how my form and confidence have improved in so many of the movements.

Well done! 🌟💪🏻🌟🤩 You're right ... at least the legs got some rest! 😉 Those renegade rows are very challenging but so effective ... they utilize full body engagement. It takes all of the benefits of doing a plank (core) and adds an upper body component = rowing (pulling). That will do wonders for enganging the shoulders, triceps, biceps and back! Let's be thankful for those renegade rows! 💪🏻😆🤣🤣🤣
