Hi, wearing black makes it sometimes very hard for me to see your leg movements (which leg is at the front or at the back, is it the right or left you are kneeling on, etc. )
On the top left corner it says “R” or “L” when she does each side and yes i can agree it was definitely hard to tell the difference it’s like an illusion effect

What would a special video be for a 50 yr old that you couldn’t do if you were in your 40s?? 😂 I’m 46 and don’t see a difference.. You want change do the work. Whatever you can’t do change it up a bit.

I love this video but it’s not as advanced as I thought… great abs tho! I recommend doing a cat cow stretch in addition to child’s pose at the end.
Those half burpees halfway through pretty much did me in lol had me gasping for breath during the rest of the workout.
