Head's up to potential viewers: all of this channel's ab workouts are basically the same - same structure, same timings, same basic moves, same intensity. Sure, there might be new workouts every week, but they are almost identical to the previous ones! 😞
I feel like that's because she uses almost all possible ab exercises, and she can't add any new ones bc they don't exist.
