      6 workouts per week! every Sunday is a rest day, except for the first week when I did the mobility flow❤️

    Head's up to potential viewers: all of this channel's ab workouts are basically the same - same structure, same timings, same basic moves, same intensity. Sure, there might be new workouts every week, but they are almost identical to the previous ones! 😞
