Thanks for saying it. Context: cs188 is a video remix artist that recently remixed this video and part of that remix was chopping up Mr. Brimley's words to turn them into other things
I just really wish people wouldn't comment with jokes from CS's video.
“My cars in the water, and it’s gonna be okay!

Someone help me...!
Here from cs188 but also impressed at his singing!

Wow. He really can sing. It’s a shame he died in 2020. Thank you wanting to talk to us about diabetes
Legends will know that he was in the greatest horror movie ever: the thing 1982.
I didn't know that Wilford Brimley could sing like this!! The world lost an amazingly talented man last year. I will miss you Mr. Brimley, thank you for all of the wonderful entertainment.
Wilford and His Beautiful Wife Beverly moved to My small Wyoming town in back in 2008..I think ...He was just a normal guy. He had farm land and animals outside town that he took care of. I would see him in the store where I worked.. Waited on him many times. Loved his wife Beverly she is the sweetest lady.. They did alot for our small town... He helped put together "Hands Across The Saddle" This project helps people who might need help with medical bills, purchasing Electric Wheelchairs, families who've lost homes in fires.
Every year they have a dinner and silent auction. There's always entertainment Wilford and his band preformed 2 or 3 times. Thank you Neighbor for Everything you did for our little town....🙏💞💐
You are lucky indeed. Would have loved to meet the gentleman.
That’s amazing. I wish I had a celebrity like Wilford Brimley in my hometown. I’ve heard that he is very humble and doesn’t like large crowds which is why he stays away from places like Los Angeles and New York City.
Was going to comment a cs188 joke, but can we just acknowledge the real star for a second? Seriously, god bless you Wilford, a gentleman and a crooner. Rest in Peace
I used to watch Wilford Brimley on television as a kid, but I never knew he could sing like this. Thank you to cs188 for introducing me to this side of him.
Never knew/would've guessed he could sing this well, wow.
Thank you CS188 for bringing me here.

The man had a voice! Who knew!?
Why didn't the world know just what amazing vocalist he was? I knew him only as a character actor. He was a great interpreter of lyrics and their meaning.
Now he can sing.
Damn, I didn't realize he could sing so well! RIP.
Thank you for your singing. Keep singing in Paradise Mr. Brimley (1934-2020) 🙏💟👏
RIP Wilford! You were a crusty old fella but a helluva actor and beloved!

RIP Mr. Brimley. Thanks for sending us this way Mr. Colbert.
Yes, thank you, Stephen, for this little gem of Wilford.
Wilford Brimley isn’t dead ☠️ (is he???!).
THE MAN CAN SING!
Thank you Stephen Colbert, this performance IS EVERYTHING!
*he collapses from his seat* “I’ll be okay…………………………….I think.”
I didn't know I needed this, but RUclips did.
What a lovely song, and he's sung it so wonderfully. So full of passion and pizzazz. Mr Brimley strongly resembled my father, to the point where I'd make the reference. This is so sad he's passed.
He was an endearing and lovable character and reminded me of a big teddy bear. The first time I saw him in the Liberty Mutual ads I fell in love! When he said, "Diabeetus" it caught everyone's attention and from then on it was perfectly acceptable to pronounce it the way that Mr. Brimley did.
RIP Sir, we'll miss you.
R I P Wilford Brimley together with Brain Dennehy & Jessica Tandy others in the Cocoon movie in heaven
What a great rendition of a song! Rest in peace Mr Brimley.
Him singing “Not easy being green” is probably one of my favorite songs
Rest in Piece Me.Brimley. Fantastic singer, actor, and father. 🙏🙏
Who knew??!! What a talent he was. RIP Mr. Brimley.
Such a blessing during his time on this planet. I will look forward to shaking his hand across the Journeys end
Amazing talent and everyone's grandpa...
Now that I'm hearing him sing, I could easily have seen him doing a duet with Seth MacFarlane or Frank Sinatra Jr. The way he sings reminds me of them a lot.
RIP Mr. Brimley. A talented performer.
A touching performance. God speed.
Very sweet. R. I. P.
You were a fantastic friend. I miss you already.
Oh my, extremelly awesome Wilford, without words for you. You were brilliant on earth, Thanks for all man. WE LOVE YOU, REST IN PEACE.

Incredible, true- LIVE (no editing) performances. Brimley nailed it and his voice is quite an easy listen. Happy to have experienced him in my lifetime.
World class accompaniment from the best of studio players on earth.

Is there anything that Wilford Brimley cannot do? He is a talented actor, a horse whisperer, an amazing vocalist, a narrator, and so much more.
RIP. A good talent. Thanks Mr.Brimley.

Rip Wilford. Thanks for sharing, Stephen
RIP, sir.
Wilford Brimley reminded me so much of my own late beloved grandfather (I lost him at age 9 and he was my rock). I loved watching!
It’s not so easy having to spend all day standing in line at the dmv~~~~

Wilford Brimley (September 27, 1934 - August 1, 2020). Once upon a time in America, you couldn't go to the show without walking out thinking, "Will I ever see another movie without Wilford Brimley in it." He could take any role and bring his own brand of American country soul and gruff humility to it and make you think, no one but Wilford Brimley could bring that role to life. Often enough, it was probably true.
So true: Wilford Brimley could do ANYTHING. Which - - I reckon - - is why he worked so much. #TheTHING #TheFIRM
@@jimithingjames What is the name of the movie he starred in with Levon Helm?
Well said. Sad to lose him, but a life well lived, and works that will live on.
@@clydestephens933 Dunno. Tho, I should very-much like to see it. #TheBand are one of my favorites!
@@jimithingjames Dude Jemima Surrender I'm going to give it you. Dude that is so awesome!!!! The movie is actually called End Of The Line. I came out in 1987 and it starred Kevin Bacon and Holly Hunter. Incredible Indeed. Rag Mama Rag. Awesome Levon Midnight Ramble Sessions!!!! Peace and Love Dude!!!!!
Rest in Peace kind sir.
RIP Mr. Brimley.....
My friends and I just made custom t shirts, two of which were the Wilford Brimley parody character from the Ben Stiller show. Rest in Peace to this legend.

Wooow. 💚
One of my favorite character actors, had no clue he could sing. RIP Mr. Brimley.
He was a great singer as well as a great actor. I still think 1 of his best movies was country. Probably because i'am from the midwest.
This is GREAT!!
Rest easy sir.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
WHY?!!!!! R. I. P
Thank you for playing in my favourite film The thing
You're up there now with Richard Dysart, Charles Hallahan and Donald Moffat. (The others actors we lost from the thing)

RIP Wil. The world has lost a great soul.
This was beautiful
Oh sheesh, that's a OSHA violation
I'll always remember first seeing you in Remo: Unarmed & Dangerous (or 'The Adventure Begins') as the brave agent Harold Smith. Not the best film, but the original Agent Smith was quintessential Wilford. Rest in Peace.
