- Today we try traditional Korean snacks with British taxi drivers as they talk about the craziest customers and celebs they have met!
Everyone in this video including the crew had a negative COVID-19 test prior to shooting.
All activities were fully risk assessed and monitored in accordance with UK government guidelines.

영상의 모든 출연진을 포함한 스태프 전원은 촬영 이전 코로나19 음성 확진을 받았습니다.
모든 촬영 과정은 정부의 방역 지침에 따라 전문가의 확인을 받아 진행되었습니다.
This taxi driver series is as interesting as the high schoolers series because it brings ordinary English people from different walks of life into this Korean culture experience. Although I’m not Korean and this channel is mainly for Koreans to see how others perceive their culture, it is still interesting to me. Some kind of strange feeling of pride even though it’s not my culture being appreciated

Exactly, the main audience, especially in this channel is obviously Korean, but we can see how many people from different countries watching them, especially in Jolly, where a bunch of people sent their snacks 😂

영국 “블랙캡” 택시는 일단 굉장히 비싸고 고급 문화에요. 운전사들은 거의 무형 문화재 수준으로 런던의 아주 작은 길까지 머릿속에 다 외우고 있죠. 연예인이나 상류층을 만날 일이 진짜 많을거에요.
아마 택시면허 시험자체에 지도랑 문화재 관광지등등 다 외워야했던거 같은데 맞나요?
와 정말 대단하신분들이네요...좋은 정보 알고갑니다..근데 엊그제 내가 탄 택시기사님은 길 하나를 제대로 못찾았는데..

The portable KBBQ deserves to be brought out again for these guys! A sit-down restaurant would be great, but imagine the taxi drivers choosing their favourite view of the city they've found while driving and bbq-ing there. London points of interest (their expertise) and KBBQ (KE's expertise)!

As someone who's worked around celebrities for most of my career, 100% agree. A-list actors, Grammy-winning artists, high-profile CEOs... the majority of them were so pleasant to deal with and never demanded special treatment over other clients. Meanwhile, the D-listers were always the ones who acted incredibly entitled and had an air of "don't you know who tf I am". Like, no sir, I don't.
These men are honest and adorable. Can't wait the Korean BBQ with them.

처음엔 사람들이 한국에 대한 호감도가 올라갈 것 같다는 생각이 들었는데 몇년을 보고나니 영국에 대한 내 생각이 바뀌고 있네요. 영국분들이 참 괜찮구나 싶습니다.
내 절친인 동생이 영국 유학 가서 중국인 꺼지라고 꼬마 아이들이 작은 돌멩이 던지고 그 친구의 친구는 버스정류장에서 계란도 맞았다는 말을 듣고 별로 안좋게 봤는데...세상은 다 똑같나 봅니다. 착한분들 나쁜 놈들은 어디에나 있다는 것.

Another lovely video of the taxi drivers! Again, it’s great to see how open minded they were trying Korean snacks. I really do hope that you take them out to experience K-bbq. I bet they’ll love that. I could also sit here all day and listen to their stories about the famous people they’ve driven.

I love the cab driver series, they are amazing, nice, funny and very respectful ppl. 그리고 긴 담뱃대를 뻐끔뻐끔 피우시던
우리 친할배 그해 돌아가셔서
친할배기억은 여섯살때 기억에 머물고 있습죠
어릴때 먹던 그양갱은 더 크고 지금의 맛과 사뭇 달랐고 더 맛있었던 기억이 있네요
흥미로운게 누룽지를 간식으로 먹을때는 보통 할머니께서 설탕을 뿌려서 주시곤 했었죠:) 쓰디쓴 커피를 드시며 누룽지를 하나씩 손녀에게 쥐어주시던게 생각납니다.
헐...누룽지에 설탕....너무 맛있을 거 같네요 다음에 뿌려 먹어 봐야겠어요☺️

I really like how keaton eat so well, I think after the shoot he really polishing the food. I like how he describe the food. For the first timer trying korean food like keaton and everyone seeing and reacting is so amazing cause they really like it. 예전에 어디서 말했던 것 같은데 양갱은 일본 전통 과자예요. 식민지 시대를 거치면서 우리나라에도 정착하게 된 거죠.
원래 옛날 몽골에서 양고기를 푹 고아서 고체처럼 만들어서 들고 다니던 게 일본으로 전래된 것입니다. 그런데 일본 불교에서 살생을 금하던 때가 있었고, 이 때문에 양고기 대신 팥과 설탕을 이용해 만드는 방식으로 변형되어 갔다고 해요.
한국의 전통 과자는 약과처럼 기름에 튀긴 유밀과류 외에도 제사 때 볼 수 있는 다식류, 과일즙에 설탕이나 꿀을 넣어서 졸인 과편류, 대추나 밤을 꿀에 졸여 만든 숙실과류, 생과일이나 식물 뿌리의 모양새를 살려 달게 졸인 정과류, 엿강정류, 유과류 등 생각보다 많답니다.
영국남자 팀에서는 아무래도 구하기가 쉽지 않으니 비교적 현대의 과자들 위주로 소개를 해 주신 것 같아요 :) 궁금하신 분들은 한 번 검색해 보셔도 좋을 것 같아요!

i love how polite and open-minded they are about everything, yet honest! a bit sad they dissed rice crackers, those were the bomb when i was a young kid HAHAHAHA! i have a suggestion as to who they could introduce to korean culture.. and it's the sidemen, if you know them. i don't know if it'll be possible but korean-englishmen and the sidemen are the two channels i've been binging these days and it would be so comedic to have a collab between the both of them! also you should definitely take these boys to korean barbecue, that would be a sight!! sit down, have another hearty and full meal, delish
