Can you use the oem microphone for phone calls and commands? Ive often found the after market mics are really bad and pick up a lot of road noise/generic.
@@lwcevents9439 90% of models will reuse the oem Mercedes mic. This depends on the oem audio system and amp routing. The few models that cannot reuse the mic will have to use the android mic included with your screen kit. We always suggest testing the phone calls with the screen prior to reassembling the dash to determine this.
How about the AC temperature / fan speed / air routing? If I want to check any of these (or just get a quick glance at what temperature/fanspeed/routing is active) do I need to go to the NTG side, If I'm using the Android side?
Can you play ur music via mercedes Bluetooth as I had just a android auto fitted but the sound quality wasn't the same quality sound as using the the mercedes screen
cause I've heard that the audi sounds better if programed directly to the radio then the conversion usb kit..if it's something I wld hv to pay more I'd rather do so..thanks.
I’ve got a Mercedes A class 2016 and I wouldn’t mind putting this in but it’s a small cheap tablet which I don’t think would get used much so I wouldn’t pay big money for this upgrade, if someone would supply and fit this for £80 I would pay it as that’s big money for such a upgrade

What happens when you press the knob up and down? I had one and it skipped the song instead of moving the menus

The AC settings will be displayed on the android screen each time the fan speed or temp is changed.
Hey the apple-car play will only work when connected via usb. How do I get it to connect via Bluetooth please.

No audio delay when viewing videos/movies on the screen. 2-3 second audio delay if you play video from phone

No. Must use the original Mercedes radio.
After I install the Android screen my touchpad stop working. Did I do something wrong?
is there a way for this unit to be programed to use the Aux directly to the unit or do I have to use the connection to my usb port??

The connection must be made via USB for audio.

I luv the fact that it's only the screen and not the actual mercedes radio like other units.
