Simply amazing I brought an android system from Aliexpress, but I am sending it back because it did not provide AMI cable, which I need because I have fiber optic cables bracket for sceen was not good quality. Will be buying the same system as soon as my funds are refunded. Thanks to this video, I already know how i am going to route wire into the glove box without having to take it apart.... thanks, nice looking dog, by the way!

Looks very nice almost OEM. I installed the similar Android touch screen 12.5 inch on my 2016 E400 W212 NTG 5.1 about 2 yrs ago. I got my screen from DMP car design and It works beautifully.

Only a master works with one hand. Next time, I need a video replacing the cabine blower motor. Mine makes noise at higher levels 😢 thanks for staying on w212 model.

Just a word of warning: there are a lot of Chinese firms sell the same unit under different brands. I bought one of them. Bluetooth audio via this unit is a lot worse compared to Harman/kardon equipped cars. That’s something you wouldn’t find in RUclips reviews.
Another issue I had is factory reverse camera - I could not get it to work despite following instructions. Your mileage may vary.

Great Video! Good work. I just installed a similar system. Does the automatic switching from Command to AUX work for you e.g listen to radio and switch over to screen, without having to manually select AUX?

How does one know whether to connect aux or not? I have the same system with Harman Kardon Fibre and the android radio has both aux and no aux option. But it only works with the aux connected to AMI. I dont like the sound quality with aux. can you help? Is there any setting needed to be done to work without aux connected?
I'm considering buying this kit, but my car is equiped with ntg4.7 and website doesn't offer that version. Would it work if i buy kit for ntg4.5?

I got the version for NTG 4.0 10,25” anti-glare screen and android 13 4+16 GB. I not sure about that due to I have the original camera already at this ride. But would be cool to test.

Yo hace 4 años que puse mi pantalla Android.
La puse de 64 GB de memoria y 4 de RAM. Era lo máximo entonces.
Después de 4 años y estando muy satisfecho con la compra entonces, hoy en día, sería más aconsejable comprar pantalla de 12 pulgadas.
No es tan grande y pasa como con las TVs de casa, con el tiempo nos parecen pequeñas y lamentamos no haberlo pillado más grande.
Y sobre las capacidades de memoria y memoria RAM, aconsejo comprar y es opinión de más usuarios comprar la más potente: pasa como con los teléfonos móviles, se van quedando más escasos de capacidad y eso sin meter muchas aplicaciones.
Y siendo seguidor de los vídeos de @MB212, siempre eché en falta que no hubiera puesto una pantalla de éstas, antes.
Ya he dicho que yo llevo 4 años con una y estoy muy satisfecho.

I put one in my W205 I found the screen was not bright enough during the daytime so removed it.
En el mío, hace 4 años que lo puse y si es verdad que con sol, a veces se ve mucho reflejo, el mismo menú original se ve muy bien y también a mayor tamaño, lo cual está muy bien

I think that the screen has haptic feedback. So I assume it's just the vibration.
