  • I was lucky enough to witness the starting of this legendary car at GoodWood Festival of Speed 2021.
    This is a 1966 Lola-Ford T90, the "Bowes Seal fast" driven by sir Jackie Stuart at the 1966 Indy 500. This model won the race with Graham Hill on the wheel.
    While the car here has the #24 which was Graham Hill's number, it should have the #43 as Jackie Stuart in 1966. Please let me know if you know why the number is not the correct one. Is this a replica car maybe?

    Interesting about the cross between Hill number and Stewart livery. Wonder why that is?
