100km • 4th place • 11hrs 33mins // RACE TO THE KING.

Race to the king 100 went really well, better than expected and happy my legs had it in them for a strong finish.

Really impressed with event, well organised, brilliantly marked and decently stocked at each station.

Love the channel,I’m just about to try some Altra shoes for the first time for hiking and walking,I’m usually a uk 9.5 in under armour shoes which I wear,my question is should I get a uk 9.5 in Altra too ,there’s nowhere in Dublin to try Altra shoes on for size,I’m looking at lone peak 6 or the timp 4

Thanks Robert.. it’s a tricky one as Altra shoe vary. Personally, I would go down 1/2 for the lone peak but stay true to size for the Timp.

Thanks. So used tailwind for my drink with electrolytes etc and OTE gels (40 grams of carbs per gel)
