Race to the King 100km 2024

Come along as Dad and I run 100km along the Monarch's Way & South Downs Way as part of the Race to the King 2024.
The weather forecast was poor with showers predicted all day. After a wet start, the rain cleared up within a couple of hours and we were left with clear skies and warm weather for the rest of the day.

Well done lads I had to stop at 50k due to injury and found it tough in road shoes, so well done for preserving on 👍🏻👏🏻

I went road for the first half. Stand by the decision despite the slippy bits. And I started in a waterproof but it came off after three miles as I was boil in the bag.

I felt sorry for you at 12:45. That bugger of a sharp climb was just ahead of you.
