Same here with a kia venga. Only at damp weather after one night. Symptom is gone after a few kilometres, than the clutch is fine. I read a lot of this problem on the internet and now i know what is coming. Because the problem is not always there, they can't find the problem. So you can let change the clutch or the clutch hydraulic cilinders or the ignition parts.......I don't want to do this, so i am thinking about another car. Don't want to drive to the garage every week or month to hear that they don't know the problem.
Did you find out what it was ? I have similar problem on my honda civic ,it vibrates only when releasing clutch while the engine is cold ,after a few minutes it doesn't do it anymore.
@@chachenaki_kichenancha Hello, i did not found what it was, but the mechanic said that it was normal. (a little bit). And i must say, that now its winter here and with temperatures of about 4 till 8 degrees and lots and lots of moist (heavy rains), its almost over. I don't know why, but the problem always occurred with moisture and damp weather. I've had several manual clutch cars, from a vw polo of 1977 till a fast ford escort rs turbo, but i had never had this problem. So i think that (because of the fact that i read a lot of this problems) the friction material nowadays is different from the stuff from the past (more hygroscopic????). Unfortionally i can't help you any further. Greetings from the netherlands.
Oh yeah, the only thing i remember now, is that i release the clutch, and as soon as the car moves a little , i release the clutch and then step on the gas.. Maybe that was the problem. But my meaning is that that clutch judder isn't normal.
@@jote2275 at me it started happening now in the winter ,I live in Germany and it's quite cold now. But after a few mins of driving it doesn't shake anymore... its very strange. Thank you for your fast answer 🙏
@@chachenaki_kichenancha `Yes i had it in cold and wet circumstances too. I now have the car for a year, and with the testdrive last year in november, the car was standing in a well heated showroom. So there were no problems with the clutch at the test drive. I must say that the previous car was a 1900 diesel, so i had to get used to a petrol car. Otherwise the cars that i drove from the garage when my diesel had a check up, were all petrol cars, and i never had any trouble with their clutches. Please try to rev the car until about 1500-2000 rpm, and when the car rolls, release the clutch with less gas and when released, you can rev it up. Maybe this helps. THis morning in wet conditions here in the netherlands, i felt only two minor shakes. But with this driving style its almost gone. Hope this will help you to get lost of these problems.
Im having the same issue on my s2000, ur comment is 2 months old so im assuming u got it fixed? was it ur clutch and fly wheel? Ive been looking it up and everything leads me to the clutch and flywheel. I need to check my engine mounts too and same with the drive train
Never occurred to me. But now that you say it. I get clutch chatter, happens more often when Ive driven the car for a little while. That would make sense!
Yes here in the us we have had limited amounts of holden cars...started with the 04-06 gto, then the 08 and 09 g8, and then the Chevy ss from 14-17 I believe?? Also the caprice ppv you can only buy from police auctions as they weren’t sold to the regular public but they are out there as well. G8 and caprice ppv are very similar as well. G8 gt has an l76 6.0L and caprice has the updated version which is the L77 6.0L
Anyone know the issue? I have replaced the clutch in my Toyota 86 and upgraded to a stage 1 clutch, started the chattering noise a few weeks later but only taking off in 1st gear??? Does anyone know the issue?
hi did you find out what is the problem i have astra h 1.6 twinport have same problem when driving and engine is cold vibrate like first 5 min later when engine is worm al lfine plz let me know if you find problem!!!!
I think I have the same issue. After a good 45+ minutes of driving, when I drive out of 1st gear, the car studders for a bit then drives just fine and shifts gears fine after that. It feels like the spark plugs at first, but only does this in 1st gear soo... fuck man I dont know.
@@Cozyplayss it ended up going away after about 1000-1500 miles. Just drive it till it clears up honestly. I only did clutch and throw out bearing, I didn’t install a new flywheel, just cleaned it up a bit so that might have caused it but it went away after the break in period.

@@jote2275 Maybe it's condensation and as the clutch/flywheel burns off the condensation with use, it goes away and appears smoother during your drive. Everyone here with impressive cars but happens to me in my 1.0 corsa
@@loweastern Yes loweastern, i often read about condensation on the friction materials or on the flywheel. But in the past i drove lots of petrol cars with manual clutches. second that. i definitely know what clutch chatter is now
