Mine is still acting this way
Same thing. Shudders for 4 pulls on the first gear Then is completely fine till the next morning
and i guess you dont know how to fix this yet right ? :D i have the same issue, even better is that i cant replicate it when i need it to happen because even weather impacts the probability of it happening which i dont understand how and why. When its damp, wet or it was raining and the temp dropped over night, it will do it violently but if the weather is roughly same during the night cycle, it wont do it.
@@MaggotCZyes exactly this, but i have not seen or experienced any issue other than that since 1 year of this happening.
@@msc807 i changed both slave cylinders, new fluid, bled it, even removed CDV and everything and still does it. i think it has something do with dampness/moisture getting on the flywheel, something like brake rotors will corode over night if its raining and it causes it to do this. During august when it was 30C+ during day and 25C during night, it didnt do it for like 3 weeks straight, now its semptember, raining, its cold over night and surprise surprise, it does it again.
What is that thing below connector that is used to hold it? I am struggling to hold them tight during soldering
Wystarczy dać wtyczkę i ona przejmie ciepło z lutowanej części
It’s an xt60 to xt30 adapter, the xt30s are much smaller so they’re easier for the claws to hold
Engine mounts!
Anyone know the issue? I have replaced the clutch in my Toyota 86 and upgraded to a stage 1 clutch, started the chattering noise a few weeks later but only taking off in 1st gear??? Does anyone know the issue?
....eats up disk in 3 years....if noise on releasing ckutch..
What's the difference between clutch chatter and throw out bearing chatter?
Bro filmed himself stall out 💀
Doesn’t even say what to do or what it does
Very impressive
Very impressive
It's a scary!
You go Rye
Cool!!!
Usually light weight fly wheels cause this.
THANK YOU! This is likely what has caused mine to start doing this after the new clutch and flywheel install. i have been searching high and low for an answer i was so scared i had done somthing wrong on the install lmao.
Have the same issue at 0:48, anyone figure it out? 2013 ford focus st. Just did clutch install with oem parts
Ever figure it out same sound and same situation just got everything ready done on my Brz
@@Cozyplayss it ended up going away after about 1000-1500 miles. Just drive it till it clears up honestly. I only did clutch and throw out bearing, I didn’t install a new flywheel, just cleaned it up a bit so that might have caused it but it went away after the break in period.
@@0n1ybrandt interesting I’ll give it some time mines been in for like a year or two now I got literally everything re done so idk what’s going on thanks for the response !
@@Cozyplayss oh, if it’s been in for a year or so then I’d assume that the throw out bearing is going bad, sounds weird for it to go bad after only a year but that’s the only thing that I’d suspect would be wrong with it.
12AWG or 14AWG? I like your technique.
Tf is this shit.
Same here with a kia venga. Only at damp weather after one night. Symptom is gone after a few kilometres, than the clutch is fine. I read a lot of this problem on the internet and now i know what is coming. Because the problem is not always there, they can't find the problem. So you can let change the clutch or the clutch hydraulic cilinders or the ignition parts.......I don't want to do this, so i am thinking about another car. Don't want to drive to the garage every week or month to hear that they don't know the problem.
Did you find out what it was ? I have similar problem on my honda civic ,it vibrates only when releasing clutch while the engine is cold ,after a few minutes it doesn't do it anymore.
@@chachenaki_kichenancha Hello, i did not found what it was, but the mechanic said that it was normal. (a little bit). And i must say, that now its winter here and with temperatures of about 4 till 8 degrees and lots and lots of moist (heavy rains), its almost over. I don't know why, but the problem always occurred with moisture and damp weather. I've had several manual clutch cars, from a vw polo of 1977 till a fast ford escort rs turbo, but i had never had this problem. So i think that (because of the fact that i read a lot of this problems) the friction material nowadays is different from the stuff from the past (more hygroscopic????). Unfortionally i can't help you any further. Greetings from the netherlands.
Oh yeah, the only thing i remember now, is that i release the clutch, and as soon as the car moves a little , i release the clutch and then step on the gas.. Maybe that was the problem. But my meaning is that that clutch judder isn't normal.
@@jote2275 at me it started happening now in the winter ,I live in Germany and it's quite cold now. But after a few mins of driving it doesn't shake anymore... its very strange. Thank you for your fast answer 🙏
@@chachenaki_kichenancha `Yes i had it in cold and wet circumstances too. I now have the car for a year, and with the testdrive last year in november, the car was standing in a well heated showroom. So there were no problems with the clutch at the test drive. I must say that the previous car was a 1900 diesel, so i had to get used to a petrol car. Otherwise the cars that i drove from the garage when my diesel had a check up, were all petrol cars, and i never had any trouble with their clutches. Please try to rev the car until about 1500-2000 rpm, and when the car rolls, release the clutch with less gas and when released, you can rev it up. Maybe this helps. THis morning in wet conditions here in the netherlands, i felt only two minor shakes. But with this driving style its almost gone. Hope this will help you to get lost of these problems.
what?????
How long can you drive with clutch chatter
Until you go insane.
Growing up in the 80s rode in a several FWD economy cars that would shake the car pretty well taking off. Never a problem just an annoyance. Prolly jus from lots of slipping the clutch a lot driving in traffic
Mine did this for a while but after breaking in my monster single disk it went away
how did you get your mpg to stay on?
Was this fixed?
Does anyone know how to turn off airbag fault?
A new module fixed mine. You need to let GM diagnose it for you.
Did you guys replaced ce the clutch and then this started happening ?
Late reply mate but this happened to me after replacing my clutch and is still happening, any chance you figured out what it was?
@@serenn6289figure it out yet 😂 any help would be appreciated
@@serenn6289?
@@serenn6289 have you figured it out? same goes for me
@@austingoat5856 I think try to resurface the flywheel. Happened to me a while back, might be the reason
Wish GM/HOLDEN included oil pressure psi in this menu.. My Silverado has a gauge fron the factory 😒
Hey did you cut a wire to disable the traction control?
what?? theres a button you press to turn it off and on in all cars. I hope you ment abs or something
A left hand drive Holden commodore? No way
lol yeah it’s called a 04-06 Pontiac GTO
Yes here in the us we have had limited amounts of holden cars...started with the 04-06 gto, then the 08 and 09 g8, and then the Chevy ss from 14-17 I believe?? Also the caprice ppv you can only buy from police auctions as they weren’t sold to the regular public but they are out there as well. G8 and caprice ppv are very similar as well. G8 gt has an l76 6.0L and caprice has the updated version which is the L77 6.0L
My car dont stall when I put n gears What does that mean
It means it’s in neutral, so there’s no way to stall
Is it a automatic 🤣
Manual
0:48 I have the same problem, FX400
0:48 @spacewizard69r96 did you ever figure it out?
Im having the same issue on my s2000, ur comment is 2 months old so im assuming u got it fixed? was it ur clutch and fly wheel? Ive been looking it up and everything leads me to the clutch and flywheel. I need to check my engine mounts too and same with the drive train
@@jmazaa3073 this happened to me after I put a new clutch in and it went away after a few months.
This is just a reset?
I have abs fault aswell. What’s it from
Could be multiple things but when I had this issue a few months ago it was a loose terminal connection on my battery. I got a new connector that went tighter and fixed the issue. Could be a wiring issue somewhere else also
@@anthony91688 just solved mine in February , bad abs module for me.
What a fucking video
Couldn't hear anything. Nice car though. I have one too.
The "chugging" you see when he takes off, that's what he was showing.
@@fachinimichael....what chugging?
Fuck sake man, you didn't even say which buttons to hold and you didn't even show what was accessed in the secret menu. So I guess it's still a secret.
ur a blind blind man
Hold mode while you switch to accessories 😊
The camera was blurry he could have at least told us what is on the menu
How did you get to fit those g8 wheels to fit on your gto
There stock
@@legendaryplays33 19" G8 wheels are not 'stock' for a GTO. To answer @67 judge, I believe they will fit without modification with the right tire size.
Reading the owners manual reveals this...
There is probably a leak from other parts, leaking into the clutch component
Never occurred to me. But now that you say it. I get clutch chatter, happens more often when Ive driven the car for a little while. That would make sense!
I've gotten into the secret menu obviously
How do I change my running lights to off
Pull the relay in fuse box
Do not pull the relay to cause electrical problems. Just simply rotate your headlight switch to the off position. You can actually use your Mode selector to turn off the daytime running lights as well.
Take out the fuse under the hood for DLR lights. You have to do this to run HID headlight bulbs. No ⚡️ electrical problems since.
What does this menu do?
I've seen you hit that tree multiple times😀
only 1 gear and only when cold
Same bro... any idea how to fix. If I'm right. I believe it has something to do with pilot bearing being loose??
And only after wet nights. In the evening, driving back from work, no problems. Next morning after a wet or damp night: clutch judder during the first few kilometres. Can't find a solution on the internet. can be this, can be that. Change everyting and you know what caused the problem. No way, another car is maybe the best option if you do not want to go back to the garage every week with this fucking problem.
@@jote2275 Maybe it's condensation and as the clutch/flywheel burns off the condensation with use, it goes away and appears smoother during your drive. Everyone here with impressive cars but happens to me in my 1.0 corsa
@@loweastern Yes loweastern, i often read about condensation on the friction materials or on the flywheel. But in the past i drove lots of petrol cars with manual clutches. Never heard about this problem. Maybe its becaus of a new sort of friction material. (without asbestos or whatever), that attracts more moisture.
@@jote2275hey mate I've got the same issue. Any ideas?

This video is great😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
I think I have the same issue. After a good 45+ minutes of driving, when I drive out of 1st gear, the car studders for a bit then drives just fine and shifts gears fine after that. It feels like the spark plugs at first, but only does this in 1st gear soo... fuck man I dont know.
Any chance you ever figured out why your car was shuddering?
same issue here. only on first gear after few mins of driving
@@dexterax6634 do you have a staged clutch? This is expected for them.
Did you solve the problem?
