I haven’t finished the video yet buuut I just wanted to say if anyone is interested in a minty protein bar, fiber one makes mint chocolate cookie protein bars that are pretty dang good. 90 calories and 10 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar per bar. I like using those as a late night snack, they’re small, light, and helps hit that protein goal.
@@JoeySuggs definitely do! They have a hard cookie bottom and the middle mint is soft and gooey. They are in the cereal aisle at my Walmart with the rest of the fiber one stuff, not with the normal protein bars and such.
Been shopping at Aldi for a few months for some staples (Greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, blueberries, canned black beans, instant oats, etc.). Love their version of Kodiak Cake Protein waffle mix! Can’t wait to try the biltong beef jerky. Your cauliflower rice/quinoa/chicken quickie recipe looks like a winner too.
I primarily shop at Aldi. By far the best and cheapest groceries. You missed their egg whites and almond milk. They are way cheaper at Aldi than anywhere.
Gains on a budget, love it. Aldi is great, good quality too 😌 Can't beat a high quality protein powder for a good protein so I just buy that online, but you can get so much from Aldi that is a similar quality to most grocery stores 🔥
I have not been to Aldi yet only because there is not one near Boston. So great to see you again. You look great in white. Stay safe & know that I love you.
>Aldi doesn't have Fat Free Cheese, but they do have Reduced Fat. >Don't plan on using the egg wraps as actual wraps, they're not strong enough to hold anything heavier than a marshmallow, though they do make a decent lasagna noodle replacement. You're better off using the 45-calorie La Banderita wraps. >The protein bar selection is crap, every one is way too high calorie for the protein. Much better protein bar options available elsewhere. >Agree with the rice cakes, haven't found a private label brand yet anywhere that is as good as the Quaker. >Their FF Yogurts are great, and have great macros. >The macros on the Pasta are INSANE, I thought it was a misprint the first time I saw it
Killing it, I tried to film at aldi last week for a budget video and I got kicked out lol!!! I’m going back again! Aldis is the best bro, nice work Joey
Dude literally I was just telling my wife why hasn’t Joey made and Aldi video thanks much the jerkys I had no idea and the pop corn but that yogurt is clutch
Loved this video, thank you. It takes so long to go through everything at the store to figure out what is good and what isn't that it totally deters me from doing it in the 1st place. I would like to add to your list aldi brand , Lovin fresh whole wheat and flax and oak bran Pita bread. One pita is 60 calories and has 6 g of protein. And they taste so good!
Aldi is great! We went for an Aldi's grocery haul to get our low calorie, fat burning foods that we eat on a regular basis on a budget. I put up a video on our channel if anyone is curious.
I have to give Aldi another shot. I went a while ago and wasn’t impressed with the selection. Definitely interested in the yogurt. I just switched from Oikos triple 0 to Danon Light & Fit since my store ran out of the Oikos. Interesting you said Aldi was more liquid than the Danon and I just noticed the Danon was more liquid than Oikos.
Me, watching this video and seeing the price of blueberries and trying not to scream. Literally $8 for the same container at my local Aldi's rn. I love blueberries man.
Mad how different the products are over there compared to here in the UK, didn't even realise Aldi were in the US(?) .. in general low calorie alternatives of food over here are so hard to find and about double the price of normal kinds. Sad times.
You bought products at Aldi, i've never seen in Hungary, nor in Austria, nor in Germany 😔 We have a much smaller assortment of "fit" alternatives, salads, tuna, sugar-/fatfree products or bars 😔
Holy smokes. Your ALDI is dope af. I mean, ours is fine and has a lot of great low cost, low calorie and high protein stuff but not nearly as much as yours. Ours is probably about half the size too so that's probably why. Also, gotta just say, watching all you guys talk about low cal/high protein foods, there is still one food I CANNOT DO: Tuna. I'm one of the least pickiest eaters around and love trying new stuff. I enjoy the heck out of all kinds of seafood and regularly eat tilapia (like 3-4 times a week) but there is something about Tuna that I just do not like. It's just so dry and boring.

Yoooo ok gonna have to check those out😳

@@Resident_Craig these are good af sometimes I go overboard on them
The cinnamon coffee cake ones are good too, usually have those in the morning with coffee.
Thank you for this video! I shop at Aldi and I’m new to the high protein, low carb lifestyle change and this was so helpful.
Perfect! Glad it helped🙌

Yesss all such good options🙌🙌
In all honesty I go to Aldi and didn't realize all the good stuff they have! Thanks for the video!Excellent
First time and agree definitely had some quality bang for buck stuff💪
I primarily shop at Aldi. By far the best and cheapest groceries. You missed their egg whites and almond milk. They are way cheaper at Aldi than anywhere.
Agreed! Already had some at home but both really good options🙌
Gains on a budget, love it. Aldi is great, good quality too 😌 Can't beat a high quality protein powder for a good protein so I just buy that online, but you can get so much from Aldi that is a similar quality to most grocery stores 🔥
Agreeeed!! They had some really quality stuff for a solid price👌
I have not been to Aldi yet only because there is not one near Boston. So great to see you again. You look great in white. Stay safe & know that I love you.
Thank ya gonna have to try it out🙌🙌

Lmaoo nooo really?! Gotta go with the GoPro strapped to the head method😂
Dude literally I was just telling my wife why hasn’t Joey made and Aldi video thanks much the jerkys I had no idea and the pop corn but that yogurt is clutch
Just in time brotha🙌🙌 yeah the jerky for the price is next level tooo😳
Wow do more of these!!! I hear Aldi has underrated proterin meals
Yessss more coming very sooon👀
Yesssss! Aldi & Costco are my favorites, thanks man
I got you!! Agreed both some fire high protein low cost too
Love this video! I don’t have a ALdi near me, maybe a Walmart grocery haul would be nice. Always looking for new food ideas to eat 👍🏼
Yesss got one on the channel too for ya😄
Glad I found your channel!
You and me both🙌🙌
Love these hauls! Keep the videos coming! Entertaining when you aren’t from the US
Will do glad you’re enjoying em🙌🙌
Love the bag and pull skills!!!
That pasta is insane! So much protein!
Yessss is fire👌
Interesting seeing the difference in products from America to Australia in ALDI. Interesting video mate
Yeah very I’ve heard which is cool!
Ok. Now I have to pay a visit to Aldi. Never thought I would ever but you brought up some good products. Thank you!
Agreed! Never knew till I went for the first time too💪
Atore bought protein waffles and French toast… Woaw. Wish we had those options in Denmark
Yesss those were on point👌
🐾 seal of approval on the popcorn 🍿 cute 🥰
Yesss that’s the only way to know if it’s god enough

Yesss love that addition👌
Biltong is South African❤
Aldis is the bomb!! They also have protein ice cream pints, tortillas and almond milk and egg whites FYI
Yesss did forget to snag those too👌
Try the elevation coconut bars they taste just like mounds
Need to find the elevation bars!
Biltong is from South Africa (where I’m from) and it’s literally delicious and the macros are goated 😭😭😭 so cool to see they have it overseas now too!
How tall is he
Yeah wow the macros were insaneeee😳
love your videos man
Let’s gooo love to hear it!!
I’ll tell you rn the egg wraps are the best for enchiladas, or a crepe. I’ve made enchiladas with them and they came out gas af
Yooo that’s a bangin idea😳 bout to plan a recipe for that rn!!
Your videos have helped me lose 35 pounds!!! Thank you for the inspiration and guidance.
Absolutely incredible!! Congrats and glad I could help out any way possible🙌
Aldi is great! We went for an Aldi's grocery haul to get our low calorie, fat burning foods that we eat on a regular basis on a budget. I put up a video on our channel if anyone is curious.
Broooooo, no C4 to start😱 smh lol....great vlog as always. Look forward to trying out that stuff.
Lmaoooo no c4 this time! Definitely give it a shot though🙌

Yeah personally light and fit is my sweet spot for texture and flavor but definitely agree triple 0 is the thickest!!
Thanks for the video Joey! Aldi is an amazing option for budget muscle building 💪chicken breast is dirt cheap there as well.
Yessss did see the prices were insane there🙌
i love the cheddar rice cakes mini. i can have 20 per serving
Yeah good for low cal snack👌
I'm surprised you didn't try the Whey protein powder from Aldi
Me, watching this video and seeing the price of blueberries and trying not to scream. Literally $8 for the same container at my local Aldi's rn. I love blueberries man.
Yes it’s literally terrible what they’re doing
I don’t have an Aldi out here in Vegas.
Mad how different the products are over there compared to here in the UK, didn't even realise Aldi were in the US(?) .. in general low calorie alternatives of food over here are so hard to find and about double the price of normal kinds. Sad times.
Yeah I’ve heard that before… pretty crazy idk why
Kroger
Simple Truth™ Popped BBQ Protein Crisps 10g protein / 100 calories
Lewis Bake Shop Healthy Life Keto Bread 5g protein / 30 cals per slice
Damn gotta find me a Kroger near by STAT
@@JoeySuggs 😂😂
The rice cakes I got before were stale also, so that must be how they are normally
Damn sad to hear
Can someone recommend a rice cake that doesn’t taste like paper. I’ll appreciate a suggestion 🤝
Flavored rice cakes from Quaker chocolate and Carmel slap!
I am in Cleveland Ohio. The Aldi nearby doesn't have many items. 😢
Yeahhh it is rally dependent on the location sadly
Natty looks to be in great health & spirits
She still asks about uncle Ross daily😤
What app are you using to calculate the macros
MyFitnessPal
You bought products at Aldi, i've never seen in Hungary, nor in Austria, nor in Germany 😔
We have a much smaller assortment of "fit" alternatives, salads, tuna, sugar-/fatfree products or bars 😔
Crazy… maybe they will come out for you soon!

Yeah we have a few of them that size around me! Lmao idk tuna has always been a go to for me😂
Just realized how nice it is to browse the aisles when you're taller... ugh #shortpeopleproblems
Lmao a lottttt of dust up there!
You choose a lot of transformed aliment Joey , is not so good no?
✝️💪
Those prices seem high, you must be in Cali or something haha
Florida but yeah
biltong is from south africa
Oh well it slaps🔥🔥
It’s ridiculous to see how much people thinks 2 extra grams of protein in an item makes a huge difference smh
What is goin on guys. Joey Skinny here.
Lmaooo chilllll!!
Ok, so not fair USA Aldi has better products than UK 😠 for high protein products
Crazy how different the stores are😳
👍🏽
Quaker brands use GMO. Aldi adheres to food safty laws the USA doesn't practice. If you're gonna eat junk, I think Aldis would be a safer bet.
More natty please
More you please😍
So this is the point of view of a tall person....
😂 yuh I guess!
How is Aldi European and had a better selection in the America 😭
Yeah no Idea how that happened but can’t complain 😌
@@JoeySuggs honestly it differs so much 🥲 even between Central Europe and the UK it’s like two different stores
It’s funny that it says anabolic but the guy is scrawny . Wouldn’t take muscle building advice from someone this scrawny guys. Use your eyes
