I agree with you on most of the list with the exception of the legendary foods tasty pastries. They are literally my my favorite protein snack and I love all the flavors. Barabells bars are exactly the same as fast bars for sure and the are #2 on my list of favorite protein snacks.

I’ve been getting FDL protein cookie butter for a bit and it’s not very good alone but all of Zach’s recipes has him using the cookie butter with something like making pastries or doughnuts or he puts them in protein shakes….I agree it’s definitely should be used as an ingredient!

You should try the American nut butters. There best macro friendly butter is 145 cal for 2 tablespoons with 15g of protein (Breanne’s blend cookie batter) and it’s REALLY GOOD! The other nutter butters are 160-180 cal for 7-10g of protein but most taste supper good 👍🏼

The pure protein puffs and cheese snacks are amazing. I’m lucky enough to find all 3 flavors at a discount store for 2 bucks. What I’ve been doing is a big bowl of popcorn with two bags of them on top. Takes forever to eat while watching the UFC fights.

Pure Protein Puffs are my absolute favorite.
Best items on Amazon I have found are all gluten free. I get the donuts, healthy rice crispy treats, pretzels, coconut granola, cookies, cupcakes, coconut tortillas, etc. It all tastes amazing and you wouldn't know the difference

What are some good protein snack suggestions Joey? Because I agree with you on some of the protein snacks you just tried I had the same reaction to them the taste is aweful. Im really finding it had to find good protein snacks, it just feels like Im throwing my money away when buying protein snack.
Optimum Nutrition actually got the idea from Convenient Nutrition same with wonder slim. Convenient Nutrition was the first to make the Protein Wheyfer and only one that can say Wheyfer. You can buy the OG from DPS nutrition

You should make a video of you making your own protein bars. Its pretty easy to make and way more macro friendly, not to mention customizable. (I just made some for 165 cals with 25g protein)

@@holygabbs I have been iterating off the skor bar recipe from Greg Doucette. Main ingredients are protein powder, fiber yum syrup (can find on amazon), and I also add some greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Then I add different flavorings such as cacao powder, walden farms syrup, flavor drops, vanilla extract, etc. Mix and spread out. I top it off with cacao powder and/or PB powder mixed with sweetner and splash of almond milk, as well as chopped up sugar free chocolate bits. Freeze for an hour, slice up and wrap individually, store in the freezer in a zip lock and enjoy -- I like that they are cold and take longer to chew :)

The best bars from Amazon are their own brand Amazon fit protein bar I prefer the chocolate caramel one second the peanuts and third the chocolate fudge I did not bother testing the mint chocolate and orange chocolate because I can’t tolerate those weird combinations

Anything above 190 calories is not a protein bar, you cannot justify 200-270 cals as a protein bar. At that point it’s a desert bar
who cares about total calories, it is the ratio of calories to protein that matters. If it has 200 calories but 30g of protein it is a protein bar.

From my experience you don't really need protein snacks in some cases they cost you to overeat. If you have the time it's better just to like make a healthy snack than to buy a protein bar because it would be more filling

I hope you got all your money back on the products you did not like. I just use the chat feature and if there is a food I do not like then I asked to speak to an Amazon representative and I get my money back. I donate the items to somebody who likes them or could use them. No need to eat crap that you don’t like. Not saying you are eating that I’m just saying why keep it when you can donate it etc. and get your money back like I do. Because of the beginning of the pandemic they used to take food returns but they do not do that anymore so they’re more than willing to give you your money back since they do not allow food returns.
