Just found your channel recently and man is it a breath of fresh air, lol. Love your energy & enthusiasm and have already tried a couple of your recipes. The tuna salad with carrot chips is great as is the one you did with yogurt, chocolate chips & almond butter.

This buffalo chicken dip changed the game for me. I now make so many different variations as well to keep it interesting. You can stop before you add the buffalo sauce and its kind of like a chicken salad. I use that as the base and sometimes eat it just like that but i also add other ingredients to it as well. This way I can prep one recipe but make it different throughout the week. Like I might portion out one serving and leave it as that one day or add buffalo sauce to it the next day, or you could add grapes and nuts, or pickles or whatever.

Hyped to try this! Another thing to use to dip could be putting a lavash bread into the oven, definitely more calories but if you want a Crunchy chip with lower calories higher protein, it's perfect 👌🏽

Great video!! I buy most these items all the time. Walmart also carries Winona zero calorie spray butter it’s awesome tastes super buttery great on veggies, protein pancakes etc. Also if you haven’t tried Walden Farms zero marshmallow dip its awesome people ether love or hate it … being low carb low sugar and zero calories it does the trick for me … along with SF JELLO pudding mix 😋

Edit:tried the buffalo chicken dip ate some in lettuce cups and used the remaining to made a pasta bake with banza chickpea pasta definitely a treat of a meal, but oh my gosh so filling and the macros so great compared to any other pasta bake👌

Your stores are always stocked so well. Out here in NY we've had supply issues since 2020 and it hasn't gotten much better. Takes 3+ stores or trips for us to get all of our goods. Love the video! Thank you for making practical and helpful content we cAn really apply to our everyday lives!

If you haven’t already you need to try quest hero version of the cookies and cream bar it’s basically covered in cream and then it’s basically filled with very crispy and crunchy Oreo tasting filling

I definitely am going to have to make that Buffalo chicken dip for football! Those sundays are my absolute diet weak point. I always go so far above and beyond my calorie goal it isn’t even funny. Having that massive bowl will definitely help crush some of those snacking bad habits of mine 😂

1. There’s a website where you can get different flavored fat feee cheese called lifetime cheese. They’re pretty good. 2 regular smores are the same calories 3. Ole extreme and la bandarita are the same company I just buy in bulk on their website and they have multiple flavors in the ole. Also the la bandarita come in different sizes so try and check them out. 4. I also get live carb smart bread. Taste really good and not hard and is only 30 cal per slice. 5. Keep up the good work

The make an xtreme wellness tortilla in a smaller size thats 50 cal per tortilla. they come in all of the flavors just like the larger ones, they have been a staple in my diet since I started my weight loss journey.

Velveeta Shreds (Velveeta version of shredded cheese) is only 60 calories compared to kraft cheeses which is normally around 100 calories. Plus Velveeta is delicious. FYI

I've also found the newer low calorie meijer's Italian bread it's 40 calories a slice and it tastes just as good as the regular Italian bread they sell and only like 2.99 a loaf and PopCorners came out with a protein chip as well 120 calories an ounce with 10 g of protein he didn't like 5 oz per bag for 3.29

I don't understand those people that let their fridge become completely empty before buying groceries my fridge is always jam-packed at all times that was junk food you know just with normal proteins like chicken breast and condiments ground meat. My freezer is always full in when I want to cook something I just take it out and put it in the fridge for it to defrost

Yeah I think they affect people differently and if you’re someone who is sensitive to them, to try and stay away but if your body handles them well then I feel that they’re safe to use in your diet!👌
